The manager there needs to be demoted. Have gone three times for a specific issue and they should just say they don't know what to do. I know when people pull answers out of their rear end and after talking to the 800 number that's exactly what they've done the last three times I've been there, if you don't know the answer, you don't say yes or no. If you don't know what to do then you call other people who work for the DMV and ask them. You don't give phone numbers to the public and tell them that they have to get on the phone and find out what's wrong...bunch of lazy people there. The technicians are nothing more than robots that take information and input it into the system. They do not make any decisions. By the way, why do the managers at the DMV act like royalty? Talk to the public yourselves.

Highly recommend making an appointment to avoid waiting in the long lines. Even with my appointment I still waited a good 20 minutes. I took my drivers license test here, the written and driving. I suggest getting a checklist of all the rules before you take yours so you're prepared! The workers are somewhat friendly. Small area, if the seating is full you'll be standing. Parking lot fills up quickly, part in the neighborhood across the street and walk!

Other than the limited parking availability, I am very impressed by the good service provided here at this DMV. I did an online check-in, and by the time I arrived, my number was soon to be called. Very well organized and the staff was polite. They made my license/registration/title transfer short and easy!

DO NOT GO HERE This is the Worst DMV (Please read the rest of this message) Worst dmv in California with the rudest staff I am 16 years old taking my drivers test this short Asian driving instructor that can’t speak English well which makes it hard too understand anything he says. Psycho needs to be retired it’s long past his timeI was making a right turn from a stop sign I’m aware of cars coming and I find a gap to merge into the lane I’m going and he Screams louder then a 4 year old girl can, PROFUSELY YELLING STOP this is not okay he should be fired NO ONE understands how loud this guy screamed it is not right luckily I’m not scared of loud noises but anyone that is would have simply got in an accident if they were in my position, he is insane and needs to fired, everyone in the city knows him for being a prickWhile I was waiting in the driving test line There was this young pregnant lady next to me in line getting her car inspected and he asks her to open the hood rudely she does as asked and then sits back in her car to let him do what he needs to, and after he is done checking under the hood and while he’s in front of the car right where the hood is he simply could have closed it for the pregnant lady, but instead instructs her to get out and close it rudely, while he is standing right in front of the car, the lady gets out and while trying to close it he comments to her that the spot she put the hood strut wasn’t correct I mean what a disrespectful man this is I am astonished or as I should say boy no guy of his age and job position should act the little girl way he does. BY THE WAY THIS LADY WAS AT LEAST 8 months pregnant she looked right about due to give birth this little guy had no manhood or Courtesy to help her but instead make foolish comments

The is the worst DVM I have been to the line are screw up u don’t know there they start and end. And the employees there are rude and unhelpful. I had made an appointment over the phone for a person to person write test for 1:50pm wait in there line only for them to tell me I need to make another appointment to take the test person to person. No one there knew what hell was going on. Seem like they just want to push the person to the next person. Like it not my problem go to the other person and They will help u. I was going to wait house just to set up an appointment that was already made. ???DONT GOT THERE

I haven't been to the Newhall DMV for years and the DMV usually takes forever to get anything accomplished. Today that wasn't the case. We started at the information desk without an appointment and were given a number which was called after about five minutes. The clerk was super helpful and we were able to get things accomplished and given phone numbers to call to finalize our issues. I was impressed at the whole streamlined process.

After having several horrible experiences in Lancaster I came here. Today I was greeted by Stacy immediately upon entering the DMV. She was so kind and took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed to do for my son that needed to take a behind the wheel test. She took the time to sit down and walk us through the process step by step. She has no idea how much I needed her patience and understanding today. It restored my faith in going to the DMV.

Relatively fast and painless experience. Made an appointment for the early afternoon on a Wednesday for Real ID and to renew my DL. Give yourself at least 15-20 minutes extra to find street parking, unless you get lucky with a spot in the parking lot. Guy at the check-in desk, lady at Window 2, and guy at Window 14 were all nice and made up for the parking. Was in and out in about 35-40 minutes.

Given the information I needed was given help to dismiss penalties on a late registration the newhall DMV is second to none in and out in under 20 minutes
