I had to go pick up a water heater assembly kit. They had the part ready. Very professional. I am a woman and sometimes feel a little self conscious going into a blue collar type business but I was treated with respect and not condescended to. Appreciated. And I fixed my water heater all by myself! I recommend this business

I went into Ferguson plumbing supply on Newhall Ranch Rd. In Santa Clarita I've been out of the trades for a while, for the half box of supplies that I purchased seemed a little expensive $440.00. I went to true value on Lyons on a 1/2" 45 copper fitting the cost there was $2.39. Ferguson charged me $4.93 for the same fitting. My Moen faucet at Ferguson was $233.00. I purchased at Lowe's a better Moen faucet for $145.00. I guess if you don't have an account with Ferguson they'll charge you list prices. Beware !!! I returned everything to Ferguson, and purchased elsewhere and saved $200.00. Put a bad taste in my mouth. Lesson learned. Happy I saved $200.00 elsewhere.

The reason I’m giving this negative review is because it is like the surface of the sun, gateway to hell, hot in this store and I feel terrible for the workers. Any company that has their workers in this reptilian environment, does NOT care about their workers. Disturbing.

When I could not find a part at Home Depot, they recommended that I try Ferguson Plumbing . I did, and found them to be very helpful. They saved me a lot of time figuring out what parts I needed to reconnect a drain pipe and plug a hole in it.

I came in looking for help to solve a problem I had with my water outside. I was helped by Andrew and he was very knowledgeable and kind! He walked around and showed me what he recommends to do and how to do it, very knowledgeable young man. Don't be intimidated these people are very nice!

we were completely unaware of all the parts needed to equip our new shower with the essential parts needed when converting from a tub to a standup shower. Kristen Trimmer was our sales representative and she was knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Kristen turned a frustrating experience into a successful shopping trip for all our plumbing needs and we are very happy with her and our Ferguson experience. and I might we changed our minds several times when ordering and Kristen was gracious and patient.

I ordered a Red and White valve from Ferguson online, paid for it, called 3 days later to see if it had arrived. I was told that it arrived at the Newhall location. The next day I went to Newhall to pick it up. I went to the store to pick it up and they could not find it. After about 40 minutes, they told me they would get another one overnighted. The next day I go the store to pick it up and again, they can't find it. 10 minutes later, the Manager, Emanuel hands me something that I did not order.I told him I didn't order what he handed me. He goes in the computer and says, "This is what you ordered." I showed him the receipt, that clearly shows item R206FM. Then he says we don't carry that valve. Then how was I able to order it and pay for it on your website?Ferguson obviously substituted the item without contacting me.Horrible customer service.

I needed to purchase plastic water lines for my tub and couldn't find what I needed at Home Depot. Someone there said that I should try at Fergusons. I walked into Fergusons and laid the damaged water lines on the counter. The counterman said oh, Moen. He identified the lines with just a glance. He said hang on a second, I need to check something the back. He came back with the exact lines that I needed. He told me they were from a Moen faucet that was defective, and they were returning it to the manufacturer. HE GAVE THE WATER LINES TO ME....FREE! I couldn't believe they had the lines and I was shocked that he just gave them to me. From now on, any time that I need plumbing supplies, that's where I'm heading! These guys are super knowledgeable and very kind! Thanks guys! Cathy

Tough place to shop if you're not a contractor but they have the specialty plumbing items you can't find at the big stores.
