Our experience this year with Mr. Sutherland have been great! He answered all of our questions and we didn't feel like we were on the clock. He was real personable and down to earth as if we were family. Every time we called he was always there to answer our calls with No Voicemails! He actually picked up the phone. It takes them an entire year to finish your tax returns and they bill you by hour. It was an extremely unreasonable amount to complete a tax return. Nearly $5,000 for A TAX RETURN. Avoid them at all costs. Find someone else.”
