“Beautiful arrangement and exceptional service. I had flowers delivered to my mom on Friday 5/10/24 for Mother's Day. On Friday during the first deliver attempt my mom wasn't home so I received a courtesy call letting me know that she wasn't home and that it was too hot to leave the flowers on the front porch. I have ordered from other florists in the area and they did leave the flowers on the doorstep. Obviously that wilted them. I so appreciate the communication and caring service to come back later in the day. Also, the actual flowers from Saint Germain are gorgeous and look very similar to what is posted on their website. I have ordered flowers at other florists to only have something very different delivered. Lastly, they send a confirmation email after delivery which is a service I always appreciate. I will most certainly buy from Saint Germain going forward. Keep up the great work! Your excellent reviews are well deserved!!”

I spoke with Bob, and he knew exactly what I needed and did not disappoint. Bob was articulate, professional, and delivered excellent customer service. On top of delivering a beautiful arrangement, the cost was reasonable compared to what the other florists were going to charge me!!!”

“I saw that this place had lots of great reviews, despite having few, most if not all are positive and after arriving and interacting with Scott I'm so glad I came here. The smell of flowers immediately hits you along with a sense of nostalgia. Scott spoke to me about a bit of the history of the shop and how California quakes affected the shop and town just hearing the history and having a normal human conversation made my overall experience a great one. They have so many beautiful bouquets of different prices, stuffed animals, cards, balloons. The flowers are so beautiful and fresh! “I visited my mom after she received her arrangement and the flowers were gorgeous. They matched the photo, and were fresh and vibrant. My mom loved the arrangement. I also appreciate that the delivery man came to the house twice in order to insure that my Mother was home to receive the arrangement. He didn't want to leave it at the front door because it was a hot day and the flowers would have wilted. I appreciate the extra effort. Thanks!”
“Excellent customer service. Hired Lily for my daughter's quinceañera. I really liked that she took the time to actually listen to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me what was convenient to them. I had previously went somewhere else and was so disappointed in the high price and the way that flower shop owner didn't even try to work within my budget. She was the complete opposite. She took the time and listened, wrote everything down, and actually kept things within budget for me. She even offered to make me a sample centerpiece for a small fee which I didn't mind at all. It made me realize she understood my needs and really wanted to make sure I liked her work. She did such an AMAZING job. The centerpieces and other flower arrangements were BEAUTIFUL. She even made my daughter a bouquet at no extra charge. I couldn't be happier. I received many compliments on the arrangements. They are a pleasure to work with. Never going anywhere else.”
