had our windows installed in February of 2000 ( Yes! Over 25 years ago!) and our double paned windows were getting a little foggy in between the panes. California Deluxe Windows honored their Lifetime Warranty and sent Brian and Luciano ( who provided excellent customer service btw) and replaced the glass panes today! I was told we were one of the oldest warranties they’ve seen come in! I could not be happier knowing we chose California Deluxe Windows. “I broke my living room window with a cat hammock (careful with those suction cups lol). I called a few places. National Glass was the most prompt. I had an estimate in a few minutes and had an appointment the next day. The price was good as well. I wasn't home for the install, but my family told me they literally were done in under 20mins.
