“I have been in the office equipment and supply business for over 20 years. Customers need to understand that Royal Imaging International is NOT a distributor to end users. If you have received toner from this company, it is because ANOTHER retail company purchased from them from Royal and then jacked up the price and sold it to you. If you were scammed, it was from the company that you received the invoice from, not the wholesaler that shipped it on their behalf.
I have been purchasing OEM and compatible products for the company I work for and many other companies I have worked for in the past and I have never had an issue with this company. They are fair, loyal, and ship on time every time.”
