“Rich and Dave are the most thorough, thoughtful, quick, efficient set up for oil changes, I couldn't ask for more. I typically go to the reputable mechanics for oil changes that cost $100, and yet the Dipstick was $63. They will tell you all the things you don't need what most places will tell you. Ask any questions about your vehicle and they are happy to give you valuable information. Take it as you'd like, but they are the best gem in town!”

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. The place is immaculate and the work they do is fair and honest. Pam is the owner and Sam runs the shop. Today I met Matthew who was the excellent front desk person. The cleanest bathrooms and most comfortable waiting area with cozy couches, WiFi, cold drinks and coffee.”
“Took my suburban in for an oil change and these guys are great. They did not spend 45 minutes up selling like other places they just asked what I wanted and did exactly that. They were super kind and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

“My family has been using R&S Automotive since around 1989 and always had outstanding service and repairs! Everyone from the owner Eddie to Mario has always provided us with total quality service for our VW Turbo Beetle, Honda Ridgeline Sport 4x4, Firebird, Toyota trucks and Camrys, Acura etc. This afternoon a service indicator light activated on my 2013 Honda Ridgeline and I stopped by to see if they had time to do a diagnostic and quickly was told by Mario it was not serious, merely time to replace the oil, filters and check all the fluids! Mario has worked there for many years and has always given me honest estimates and timely service! I know they are always busy and prefer an appointment but have always accommodated me for an emergency. They have earned our trust and reputation for quality service and repairs!”

“Shy diagnosed the noise (clicking /clunking when reversing) & offered 2 options on my Toyota 4Runner. I chose to replace the driveshaft since the vehicle has high mileage & I rather replace it with a newer part to prevent further issues. He ordered the Toyota OEM part & his team replaced it quickly. “Had the best experience with them today! I called in to ask if they could help me look at my tires and then also put some air in them. They told me to come in and that they would help me out. When I got there they were very professional and kind. The mechanic found a big nail in my tire and was able to fix the tire in about 5-10 mins max! Really great service, amazing prices and very kind people. Would absolutely go again.”

“Fantastic experience with Pete and the crew at SCV Auto Repairs. I grew up in a small town where the local mechanic was everyone's friend and you knew that you could always trust him. That was how I felt working with Pete. He is so knowledgeable and experienced that he could just listen to my car engine and know what was most likely wrong with it. But what impressed me more was that he tried to save me money by addressing the most inexpensive solutions first and then progressed from there. Who else does that in LA. Amazing!! “We've been bringing our cars to Mr. Fixit Auto Repair for 7 years. Chris and Greg have always been great about fixes, oil changes and brakes. He went over my old Civic that I was giving to my daughter and made sure it was in good order for her safety. Greg has since taken over the business and is just as reliable as Chris as they had been working together for several years. I will continue to bring my cars here rather than a dealer because I know I'm not getting ripped off. Just brought my car in for an oil change recently and my wife's car previously.”
“I cant say enough about my experience! I needed to change my brakes and while they were doing them, they advised me that I needed new rotors too. But, they couldn't order the part until Monday because it was Saturday afternoon. They advised me that a parts store had the part I needed. They even let me use a car of theirs to pick up the part and bring it to them to install.Everything was done clean and well! Recommended!”

“I would recommend this place to everyone. Factory trained technicians with the latest and greatest tools and equipment but also the knowledge and know-how to fix older cars. Brought my wife's Audi in with electrical issues or what I thought was electrical issues. Turned out to be a something that if I neglected would have destroyed my car, and they had the know how to fix the problem at a reasonable cost.
They also repaired my vehicle since it failed smog and after i got it back, it ran better than i could have imagined.
They also do alignment, electrical, drivetrain, and engine repairs.”

Cool dudes and they'll even talk to you about your weekend if you're chill. Dudes got his own project in the back, 60's Mercedes, so you know they've got the knowledge to take care of your older vehicles if there's something wrong that you can't figure out yourself.”
