RSVP Catering did an absolutely outstanding job for a reception my client was hosting. They were able to pull together the catering for us quickly and professionally. The food was fantastic and service amazing.

RSVP catered our wedding and did a great job! Cindy gets right down to business and is very friendly and professional. She is very straight forward and will tell it like it is, which is great for a flustered bride like myself. I told her I didn't want a lot of choices, just a really simple menu, and she delivered. The food was served family-style which was a different touch, but it worked out fine. Her staff was also very friendly. Highly recommended!

Have had the pleasure of enjoying Cindy's incredible food many times and it just keeps getting better. Not only does she have the ability to create meals and tapas to any appetite, but she is an incredibly charming and pleasant individual. I have been using her for all of my catered events for the past two years.

Cindy and her team are true artists. When we decided to have our wedding celebration at our home, we interviewed several caterers. We immediately hit it off best with Cindy, who seemed to truly understand the importance of the food and service to our special day. We chatted, and when we looked at some of her food ideas, we knew she was the right choice almost immediately. We talked over ideas for a menu, using her suggestions, and came up with some fabulous ideas. Some were standards on her menu, and some were "change-ups" that we requested. The day of the wedding, she showed up with her staff and I was incredibly impressed by there capabilities. The food was absolutely incredible. Even though we had less people than we had originally planned, the food was so good that every single passed appetizer was almost completely wiped out by our guests. The food station that we had was incredibly beautiful as well as full of tasty foods. Some of the appetizers were so good that we had guests asking if there were more of a particular type coming out (I would've asked for double the amount of tuna tartare if I'd known!). One of her staff helped our bartender pass out champagne. They also handled the coffee service and serving the cake. Even though I was entirely caught up in our guests, her staff made sure that I had a taste of everything. I would definitely use RSVP again if I needed a caterer for an event!

If you need a caterer in the Santa Clarita or Valley area, I recommend RSVP! Cindy has been cooking with impressive results from an early age. From gourmet appetizers and entrees to custom desserts, she does it all. You and your guests will be more than impressed with the style and grace. Her table designs are incredible! I've been to numerous RSVP catered events (both large open houses and intimate dinners) and have enjoyed all Cindy's passionately created dishes! I should have more pictures!!
