Says they're open for a ridiculous amount of time from 9 AM till noon on Saturdays and yet they're not even open on Saturdays. Why this location has posted hours that aren't accurate I don't know. And why is banking only available Monday through Friday. What kind of bank does business like this? Terrible absolutely terrible

This is literally the worst location! Wait times are unreal! For a 20 sec transaction I have waited over 30 minutes. Only 2 tellers - give me a break! Not using this location ever again .

Showed up in a DISABLED car a MINUTE late before they closed and they wouldn't help me. Taking ALL of my money from this bank. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Thank you WELLS FARGO for putting a 10 DAY HOLD on a deposited check. The more I use this account, the more I'm convinced I should CLOSE my account. I could have cashed the check at their bank with less hassle. I have deposited checks in my credit union account for 30 years with AT MOST a 3 business day hold. WELLS FARGO got the money the next business day, THAT'S HOW BANKING WORKS! I recommend you DO NOT use WELLS FARGO on Lyons, or any other branch. Open a credit union account and you will be a lot happier, have access to YOUR money, and not have your intelligence disregarded. I should have read Yelp reviews before opening an account. WELLS FARGO is a NO GO!

Stay away from this bank! Made an appointment to do a banking transaction with a banker, showed up for the appointment and was told that the person that was supposed to help us is out to lunch. So we rescheduled for the following day got here on time and nobody had any record of our appointment. So if you like to waste time and go back and forth and be blown off this is the perfect place for you. Closing accounts now never again! The attitude is they don't give a crap and they very much show it with their attitude.!

Went in at 1145 AM on a Tuesday, with me being the fourth in line. There were several employees in the building but only one teller working. Waited 40 minutes, and when I reached the teller, she didn't even acknowledge the long wait time. By the I left, there were seven people waiting. it would have gone a long way if the teller had apologized, or asked for additional help.

The worse bank I ever have. Those employees and the manger are very rude and won't cash my check since I have been cashing those check over 6 times with the same man Lionel James Hess. He's in life support and his wife have been giving me checks because I work for them and yesterday was my last day of work which is 8/31/2021 and his wife print out the check through her computer back in office and went to Wells Fargo that Asian lady was completely rude and not accepting my check because couldn't verify since Lionel James Hess is in life support. I gave them his wife number they still won't cash it. I have 3 kids back home to be feeding and buying diapers for mu 3rd son and my kids goes to school all very sad without their lunch box it really got me very disappointed and very extremely mad at those manger and Asian little girl.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years. I really appreciated the steps they took to make me feel safe during Covid. Additionally, Maria was very patient with me and counted my money 3 times at my request. It was a very good experience.

Must be nice to know the people at Wells Fargo. Waiting 20 minutes for banker assistance. A guy comes in and starts waiting. He sees a banker that he knows. He gets help before I do. He thanks for caring.

Unfortunately, I had to pick a branch when it's the bank itself customer service sucks!! They are assholes, all the way! And self righteous!! And I have no problem saying it!!! I called customer service phone # (800)642-4720 Since I received a letter from them advising me that they would increase my credit limit.. Mind you I have a ton of other credit cards.. Which gave me a lot of credit limit... I couldn't believe how much they offered me, it was dirt cheap to a point of embarrassment!!! And they would have to put a soft inquiry on my credit to increase just a tiny bit...!!... Pathetic people!!! I was also a victim of their disgusting scam of opening unauthorized account in my name. I repeatedly let them know that I did not want a checking account when I opened up only a secured Credit Card over 8 years ago.. And I was stuck with fees of over $50 because of that account.. That's why you people get sued!! After I let them know how disappointed I was about the low credit increase the guy hung up on me!! Some customer service today... Please people don't even think Wells Fargo, I hate them to my bones! That's why I only have their credit card and they are still a problem! I've been with them for over 8 yrs!! Shame on you!! You bet my ass that I wasn't going to go on yelp about this.. Eat it!!!!

Dropped in here to cash a check. Why do they charge me 7.50 to cash a check? Thievery in the worst way. Wells Fargo should be ashamed of them selves. I will never bank here ever again!

Really unfortunate for this branch. Isn't it interesting that it's for a Wells Fargo? Didn't they just get into a ton of trouble for poor customer service? (Yes, I know it was for the phone privacy issue, but that really falls into customer service that they can't seem to keep their customers' information private.) Interesting that they can't seem to figure it out. Both ladies at the teller window were extremely rude. If I wanted everyone in the bank to know my banking information, I would have announced it myself. Branch manager needs to learn some customer service because that's pathetic, how did you become a branch manager with poor social skills? Oh yeah, also, I've been a customer for 20 years! 20 pickin years! I walk into a chase or a BofA and they treat you like you've been a loyal customer since the beginning of time! Wells Fargo treats you like you're a customer at the dmv. These banking employees act as if they don't really care about their jobs and they just want to get off work as soon as possible. #ridiculous

Worst WF branch ever. No managers ever on the weekends. The so called "supervisors" are the worst. No customer service at all. I called corporate to report this branch and their "manager" - guess what - nothin changed. Avoid this branch at all costs. Trust me.
