Towing
“Rodger is the nicest (tow-truck driver) ever! He's very professional, calm and the nicest attitude. He was apologetic, even though it was never his fault. (Nationwide and its automated system screwed things up for the towing.) Newman City Tow should hire people like him. I would give him a raise, if I'm the employer of Rodger. Roger IS an asset. The only negative I can give is about the dispatch/customer service. When I asked if there is a way if I can get a ride back with the tow truck, the dispatch lady was a little rude. She can explain things in a calmer way.”
