I got my haircut here today and I had a really good experience. I got a really good haircut. The one I wanted The environment is very nice and peaceful. The prices are very reasonable. And customer service is excellent. Everyone here is very nice and friendly and I would definitely go back because I will.

If you want good results be honest about what you’ve done to your hair. I got my hair done my Erin and she did a freaken amazing job! I’m trying to go super light eventually after coloring my hair with box dye for years and Erin was honest and told me it’s going to take a few sessions, regardless the way she left my hair is beautiful. She was patient, knowledgeable, honest and super sweet. I can’t wait for my touch up.

I went to this salon over the weekend because I impulsively decided to cut my hair. There was a sign outside that said they accepted walk ins so I was hopeful they might be able to take me in. The first thing I noticed was how nice the salon looked like inside. There were about 3 stylists and all were busy with clients so I figured it could take a while or maybe I wouldn't be able to get seen at all, which I understood and would have been okay with. The problem I had was that literally not one word was said to me in the half hour I was there. No one said hi, we'll be right with you, etc. No one even looked in my direction. Again, I get it, they were busy with clients but I feel like the least they could have done was acknowledge I was there. One stylist even walked past me at some point and still I was not acknowledged at all. It was very awkward for me so I just left. I wish I had had a good experience but unfortunately I didn't so I probably wouldn't try to go back again. It seemed like a nice place though so hopefully my experience was only one of the few that was bad.

Ari does excellent work. She understands color. They use good color products. Joico line of colors. It's expensive if you have two colors done or any weaving of color. Ari is very friendly and kind. All the ladies work hard to keep the salon very clean. It's a pleasure to go here and hear the music and relax around the beautiful, big plants. Good times!

The salon is nicely decorated and very clean. I took 3 granddaughters in for haircuts. Two of them had longer hair and had a drastic change to shorter hair. The other one had shorter hair and went with the shave around. Mani Mares did a fantastic job with their hair cuts. Mani was so very nice and super efficient, 3 happy girls came out. We were even offered drinks. We will be returning for trims. I recommend unique by design. What a pleasant experience for my girls.
