Poor customer service at Fashion Island. My return was processed incorrectly. Wrong size returned and money put back on the wrong card. I live over an hour and half away. I need to return the other size and now and it's an issue. From now on I want my receipts printed for proof.

Staff in this whole store are rude and did not seem to be bothered by your entrance or presence. Staff provides derogatory stares, snarky remarks that they are busy when you have the intention to make huge purchases.ALO brand did not live up to it’s brand name with such sub-par employee’s existence in store.I have recently visited ALO in Honolulu Ala Moana store. The vibes their staff provided to each customer was warm, welcoming, and pls reach out to me if you require any help, will be most glad to assist you ! Staff at Ala Moana store was fantastic, great team work and that translates to huge purchases.

Love this ALO location, big, and friendly, clean and well stocked w/plenty of staff to assist. Very welcoming and the greeter are fun.

The employee greeter when I visited this location was rude for nothing. Your employees don’t need to be sizing up your customer’s wardrobe/making a face at my Teddy Fresh. This isn’t The Row, you sell activewear.

Really trash service compare to lululemon. The manager, Abraham make me feel so terrible that I won't shop here again.Got a gift wanted to exchange to a smaller size and they said no receipt so no.This place fill with bunch of people that hate their jobs. Pretty sad.

I am surprised to see the rating so low on here. I came into the store yesterday with the most complicated order. I had bought about 5 items on an out of state trip. I then re-ordered the same items online when I received a 20% discount. Trying to be smart and save some money I ordered the wrong sizes! I went in very hesitant that anyone would help me. There were 3 amazing people that came over to the register to help me with the situation and were so nice. I am not sure if the guy who ended up taking over to do the transaction was Anthony, if not please let me know to correct the review. I will definitely be coming back to shop here. He seemed to be in charge as if he was the manager or supervisor. I love Lululemon but never had had the level of service and help like I did yesterday for a mistake I made. You can tell everyone here is genuinely nice that alone will make me come in and shop here over online and other retailers. Thanks again for the help so happy with my purchase!

Omg I can't believe the ratings are so terrible here. I've been shopping here for a while now and constantly come out with bags full of new clothing lol!I am a mom of 3, and try to prioritize my health as much as possible so my everyday is pretty much Ath leisure, comfort, loungewear etc. so Alo is one of my absolutely favorite brands to wear!I've come here for everything- just checking out new stuff, trying on, full on shopping, as well as exchanging and returning. I've never had a problem.Everyone is always so helpful and very friendly. Not only that, I've also asked for advice in the fitting room trying things on for things like sizes or opinion on color or what matches with what, and again, everyone has been super friendly and helpful! No, not they do not always greet you when you come in or help you right away but the funny thing is people get annoyed of that too. Sometimes you just want to shop without feeling pressured to buy something but its funny when you are left alone and complain that you're being ignored lol.Anyways, I love Alo. They have the cutest clothing that looks good for both your workouts and hanging around grabbing a cup of coffee or in my case, boba milk tea lol, or even just running some errands. I also think MOST, not all, but most are pretty great quality and can last a few years. It's hard to be both trending as well as functional and Alo definitely does it. I love Lululemons quality but I find myself going to Alo more because I like wearing more often since clothes are just cuter! Sizes are off a lot so i suggest trying multiple sizes!

I was looking for an item that was sold out online and called the store. I called one day and they didn't have it in stock at the time, but she did check to see if it was available online for me. I called the following day and they had it in stock and she went and pulled it for me till I could get there to purchase.

Store closed fitting room before 9pm. I came in at around 8:40-8:45pm and I was browsing the store to look at items. As I was walking to the fitting room, the associate male just closed the fitting room. I stated I thought the store closes at 9pm. His response was it’s alsmost 9.

First time in this store. Poor services, not enough staff on the floor to assist, out of every size. Girls working there are very unorganized. Going from no one at the register to all at once appear. Also I spent $500+ and they had mediocre, small paper bags. No large bags, no quality tote bags, just paper bags ?

I found one cute bag at the store and asked a staff if they have a new one in stock other than the one that had been displayed. The lady took the displayed bag from me to the back storage to check out its stock and came back with the same exact bag and said "Here is the new one!" and left. I noticed it was the same bag because I adjusted the strap so that it fits me. I was angry and very disappointed of their service. My bf asked another staff at the checkout for a new one and finally got it. I don't know they even take a look or are interested in customer's reviews but they have to improve customer service since Alo is not a cheap brand!!!
