They sold me a car that looked new and freshly painted but then when I drove away I realised the roof leaked and it must have been sitting there for ages with no work done to it. Disappointing really considering the money I paid.

Listen.. when I say Joey Moccia is the friend you WISH you had.. I mean it.For starters, the lot is perfectly situated along PCH, easy access, where test drives turn into dream drives.Joey will treat you with a genuine level of respect; no filler or unnecessary tactics. Each car has a unique spec with an incredible story. Oh & it doesn’t hurt when your favorite Car YouTuber frequents this establishment [shoutout to Doug].Can’t wait to return when the time is right & I see my perfect spec :)

Looking for exotic cars should be fun. I visited 5 new dealers and 2 used dealers in and around Newport over a 4-week period. I visited Aston Martin of Newport Beach just prior to & just after Christmas. I’ve been waiting to get back into the office to post my very positive experience.My Aston Martin consultant Joey was a breath of fresh air in so many ways… No silly attempt of sales pressure, not overly glossy with fake personas, no odd or offhand comments designed to elicit a response. In fact, Joey made me feel as though I was speaking with a responsible, intelligent, and thoughtful adviser who had my best interest in mind. The cars they offer are exquisite and the people they have representing the company are of the highest caliber. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an enjoyable, comfortable and exhilarating exotic car shopping experience. I would also highly recommend Joey as your advisor... He is top notch.

Looking for exotic cars should be fun. I visited 5 new dealers & 2 used dealers around Newport over a month's time. I visited Aston Martin of Newport Beach just before & after Christmas. I'm pleased to be writing a positive review of our experience. My Aston Martin consultant Joey, was exceptional in a lot of ways... No sales pressure, not fake, no uncomfortable comments and completely knowledgeable of all the vehicles in their inventory... Both new & used. Our Aston Martin consultant was much more like a thoughtful adviser who had my best interest in mind, than someone pushing to get a quick sale. The cars they offer are exquisite and the people they have representing the company are of the highest caliber. I would recommend Aston Martin of Newport Beach & our adviser Joey to anyone looking for an enjoyable & comfortable car shopping experience. Side Note: Having Javier's right next to it doesn't hurt either!

I came into the dealer on previous occasions shopping for a new Aston as I wanted to give the brand a second chance. I previously purchased a Rapide from another dealer and it was lemon lawed at 1,100 miles and that left a bad taste in my mouth. Although my friend had a terrible experience, overall mine had been decent.Well that oddly changed. I received an email 7/1 at 3:23 p.m. to drive the new DBX 707. I immediately clicked the link and RSVP’d. I received a follow up email that my spot was confirmed. 7/3 at 3:42, I receive an email saying all slots were full. I find that funny considering each day and time was available at the time I booked. Today 7/8, I receive another email to sign up for the drive. I clicked the link again and all Sunday slots were still available. I find that odd as those are the slots I picked for myself, and they are available.I realize my reservation being canceled had nothing to do with available slots. I feel had my skin been a different color and I was throwing money around, I would have received the slot to drive the DBX 707. Unfortunately I’m used to prejudice when shopping and purchasing high line vehicles.When the SUV originally came out, I expressed interest in it and mentioned I was willing to wait for a high-performance version even though one hadn’t been announced at the time. Now that time has arrived, I’m being pushed off by the dealer. No sweat, it’s clear my business isn’t wanted and my relationship with the dealer and Aston Martin as a company is tarnished.

IN DREAMS ! My wife and I were enjoying a weekend getaway in Newport Beach over the July 4th long weekend. Before we checked out of the Newport Beach Marriott Bayview on Sunday morning we looked up the Crystal Cove Shopping Center. It looked like a good place to grab some lunch on the way home to Solana Beach. And it had an Aston Martin dealership. A MUST SEE ! After making a 1pm lunch reservation at A Crystal Cove we ambled over here to look at the star studded cast. Upon entering the showroom a lovely man named Tim greeted us in a genuine warm fashion. We had a chat about some of the rare and beautiful Aston Martins on the showroom floor. Of course being a Brand Specialist...Tim knew his stuff in an interesting informative way. This is a guy who sells million dollar cars. I LOVE ASTON MARTINS..hey it doesn't cost to love them even though they are out of my price range. Tim allowed me to sit in a beautiful $400,000 convertible. GEE IT FELT GREAT ! Tim said that the majority of his sales are made by appointment. MAKES SENSE ! People with this kind of money to spend are busy people. WHAT FUN !

It wasn't we apologize for your experience, it was come drive the car. No thanks, I took my business elsewhere and I'm happy with my New Bentayga.

Matthew Parsons, the sales manager made my purchase really easy and fun.There were two other members on the sales team who were also very pleasant and helped with my acquisition.Their location is a destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean with nice high end restaurants, inside an upscale shopping center.Certified cars on the lot were in pristine condition with many selections.Nicely decorated showroom with welcoming ambience.This is my second time doing business with Aston Martin Newport Beach and I highly recommend it.

Awesome dealership. I purchased an Aston Martin Rapide AMR all the way from NY without ever visiting them in person and I had a wonderful experience. I dealt briefly with Matt but Tim was the main person I was dealing with. Everyone is great but Tim is the absolute best. Very helpful and understanding and answered all my questions especially knowing that it was my first time purchasing out of state. I highly recommend this dealership. The car shipped to me in a perfect condition. I highly recommend you to give this dealership a try and deff ask for Tim.

Aston martin Newport Beach is the best. They're staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Joey, Tim and Jeff are very amazing. They love Aston martin and they know everything about it. There are signs in the parking lot designated for Aston Martin. An employee went out of his way to tell me I could not park in an unmarked spot not designated for the Aston Martin due to it being near the spots that are marked by a sign designated for Aston Martin. Worth mentioning the store closed in 5 minutes.
