SCAM. Michael G**** ******* * ** ********* ********* * *** this was the rep that told me I was approved on the phone. I only needed two payments of $400, for my student loan payment to drop. I noticed my student loan payment never went down. I called and they told me I wasn't approved in their files. My response was I paid you $800 for my first two payments. She says, that was to see if you get approved. lol I said do you honestly think I would pay $800 to see if I get approved!!! They haven't responded back since they were going to send it to their manager. Michael G**** is a scam artist and wont email or call me back. Why don't you man up or someone from this fake company respond to this review.

worst company ever. They are not answering calls during normal business hours. I am set up on a loan forgiveness program, and they tried to put me into default even though I have made monthly payments to them timely (my payments are made through auto pay). Do not ever do business with this company. This is going to an attorney

Total scam. They have other scammers call you for collections. Just got an email of a document I “signed” where not only did they spell my name wrong they also forged my signature.

This place is a scam. I was told my student loan payments would go from about $226.00 a month to $98.00 after I pay their fee of $1,000.00. My loan payment went to $336.00 and now $433.00. When I was able to get someone to take a closer look at my file it had been falsely documented.

I recently had a bad experience with this company. I agreed to their Loan Forgiveness Program and was told that after three consecutive payments of $331.00 I would be granted a monthly payment of $58.00 a month. Although they do an excellent work in explaining all the good reasons to consolidate our debts they DO NOT say that they are not the lender and that the lender will send you a separate application that you have to complete and provide copies of your taxes to qualify for any re-payment plan. They do not tell you that the money you pay to My Financial Solutions WILL NOT go into any debt and the $58 that they guarantee is not real. Instead, I have to pay $272.00 a month, and the application with the lender(******* ********), is free of charge. When I called MyFinancial Solutions to get an explanation, they did not return my messages. The best thing to do to resolve the student loan issues is to go directly to the lender instead of using this third party companies that have no interest in helping you.
