Terribly ran bank. Always a line at the teller, there's only 1 teller in the morning, and they are counting their til. Meanwhile 15 people standing for a long period of time, growing impatient. It's incredible how they don't show up before the open hours to do that, or even know the traffic flow of their own bank. Every morning, they are busy, and every morning there's one teller, and no one else ready. It's always this way. I have to come here for business deposits every week, and every week, it's the same story. If you have a choice, go to ANY other location. This location is not worth the time you'll waste.

So disrespectful to my time. I wanted to order euro. They told me to do that online. I tried, but system didn't work at that moment. I step to the window, and waited for help. That was end of the day, Jolnar finished to help another costumer, and stated to organize her desk, I waited, few minutes later I asked her to help me, because she looked to me and ignored. She tried for one moment, to show direction online, but that didn't work. Then she told me she can order money for next day, and scheduled me an appointment. Next day, I drove to the office over 10 miles, but they told me I have to make an order online, and return back in another day. I asked manager, why they scheduled me an appointment, he said "I don't know, that was her, not me. Sorry "

Horribly managed branch. Between business and personal accounts I've got 10 accounts at this location. Wanted to do a simple transaction involving cash. Waited in love for teller for 10 minutes, then told needed to talk to an associate. None available for 15 minutes (no one else in branch). So, made an appointment for 25 minutes later. Showed up 10 mins early, waited for 20 minutes then, after talking to supervisor, told would be another half hour. Supervisor says "sorry, go to another branch". Unbelievable!

I have had my bank account completely wiped out of my hard earned money twice this year with fraudulent activity. Bank of America is totally understaffed and has not only allowed people to steal from me but has also been completely rude, unavailable and awful when it comes to recovering my money. I've spent countless hours for months on the phone and at branch locations trying to get this sorted out and have been dealt with as if I'm an inconvenience when everything I have has been stolen from me and easily handed over to thieves by this bank twice. Worst bank ever.

One woman working with a line of 10+ people..horrible bank..can't believe people actually bank at BofA these days. I have to come in to withdraw money from my EDD card and every single time there is one very slow teller and a huge line..I just don't understand..other banks aren't like this..

Bank Of America has consistently decrease their service levels. This branch has one person to cover any teller activity. GET MORE PEOPLE

It's no wonder BofA has such a terrible rating, and it pains me to see such a decimation of a once great bank. Was simply trying to send money to a contact who happens to have an account at BofA. Should be simple, right? Uh, read on. Zelle is great for small $ amounts, but this payment exceeded the minimum. So I tried a wire transfer. But it seems you can no longer wire transfer from a BofA account to a BofA account... I don't care about the wire fee, they just wouldn't let me do it. Multiple calls to the "service center" went (you guessed it) unanswered, despite the "your call is important to us" drone. Tried setting up other simple ways to transfer, all of them were absurdly complicated, wasted my time, and ultimately impossible. Ok I won't go on (it got worse), but to finish, I'm moving my 45 year relationship to First Republic Bank, where they answer the phone.

Why are most Bank of America location always under staffed? And this Newport Beach branch I always bank at, is no exception.A single teller window open on Friday? Have to wait 15-20 min? Come on, BofA management! The mothership is making billions of dollars of profit every year. Hire more part time bankers!

I understand that times are hard but when you have a line out the door with only two tellers and about 4 people sitting at desks not very busy that's a problem this is pertaining to the B of A at Westcliff plaza . Staff are very nice but they need to get more tellers to help them ! I bank at Wells Fargo and I have yet to wait in a long line as soon as the line forms more tellers come up to the window and this is at several locations not just one .

This is probably the worst bank I've been to! I only come here to withdraw my EDD cash, and this is only my fourth time being here... and each time there's been a long wait, OR their system is down. In today's adventure, the ATMs aren't able to dispense cash, and there's a huge line out the door. I understand the whole COVID situation, but my Wells Fargo bank up the street is a million times better in these times!!! With all that being said, all the employees have been super nice and friendly, even handing out water to everyone. I feel bad for them.

The bank manager refused to help me because there was a freeze on my card that I had taken off but still wouldn't let me withdraw cash here bc it was an EDD card. She got in my face very closely and raised her voice. She was so rude and it really is a mystery how B of A stilk has account holders. They are garbage and they let their middle eastern staff discriminate against white women in unemployment during covid 19

Artemisa is by far the best bank manager I have ever dealt with. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She goes out of her way to resolve any issue and makes it a great banking experience each and every time. It's an excellent branch and all the employees are courteous. Thank you Artemisa for everything you did and still do for our family and business banking needs!

They only have one teller. Very inefficient and unprofessional. I waited more than 20minutes for one transaction before me and it was still not done. I finally walked out. I will never go there again.
