I am involved in a real estate transaction with this bank and they have proven themselves to be completely incompetent. They basically sat on their hands for over a month waiting a records from an office that was closed with no ETA of opening. Even with multiple parties reaching out constantly, they refused to do any kind of due diligence to find out what was causing the delays. Lots of excuses with no customer service. They finally have the info they were waiting for, and still cannot get off their hands to push this transaction forward. Considering they messed up, they need to push this deal to the front of the line to get it done. Multiple 1031's are at stake here and they simply couldn't care less.

The tellers are very nice. The manager and the operations manager are rude and clueless.. They have no idea how to treat customers.. I will never return to this brunch again.. I will end up closing my account because of these 2 young ladies..

This branch has very nice and helpful tellers however, the manager is clueless and has no idea what she's doing and is very condescending . I have been here weekly and there's always some "problem" with a simple check deposit... I would never do any business with this "bank" solely based on my experience with this branch

I love me this bank. Its as good as it gets in banking customer service. Think I'm not gonna bank with City National no More. The merger, the app that sucks unlike bank of the west... Where the bankers are righteous, they help me out with anchor tenants or anchors for my yacht. If you'll excuse me this Twining's got to trash him some Irvine company asset or property managers most righteously.
