“Thank you to Stylist Natalie for helping me find the perfect wedding dress and rehearsal dinner dress! I had the best experience at the Newport Beach location. When I arrived, all the dresses I had wanted to see were ready to try on. I had pretty much already made up my mind but I wanted to see how everything looked in person. Natalie helpfully had already checked to see what was in stock of my choices in various sizes.

My biggest compliment is her measurements! The size she recommended ended up fitting literally perfectly - I will only need to alter the straps to bring in the neckline a few inches. I am so grateful for her assistance in helping me find the perfect wedding dress!”

I had a rough idea of the dresses I wanted to try, but didn't have a lot of inspo pics but he was able to find dresses that EXACTLY fit the style I wanted, that really flattered my body, and was within budget!! The dresses here are gorgeous (saw so many on the racks that I wanted to try!) and they've got some cute accessories and veils to try on as well. I loved Chuy's enthusiasm as well, right from the start he was bubbly and energetic with me and with other brides around us! Great vibes all around and I'm so happy I found THE dress for me”

“I had my Berta Bridal Couture wedding gown altered by Dorie, and I was blown away by how perfect it turned out. I was very anxious and hesitant to leave the dress with anyone given how delicate it was with invisible netting and hand sewn flowers. I was tentative that her shop is located in a condo instead of a true store front at first, but do not let this sway you.

I had a single fitting with Dorie, trusted in her professionalism, positive reviews, and years of experience, and came back 8 weeks later to a dress that fit like a glove. Dorie is so skilled that after a single fitting, everything was perfect. She took her time during our initial fitting, spent almost an hour with me, is exceptionally detailed, and hand drew out a sketch of my dress with all of the planned alterations. The job required her to put in cups, shorten the sleeves and take them in (which required her to remove the flowers from the delicate netting and resew them on), add a 3 point 6 layer bustle, and take in the waistline. She is very responsive and usually answered me within minutes via text with any questions or concerns I had both before and after meeting her.

Everything was flawless. Trusting your wedding dress with someone is anxiety provoking, but I would take my dress here again in a heart beat and I am glad I chose Dorie. I highly recommend L’Mode if you are looking for a wedding dress alteration specialist.”

“Aarica was wonderful! I came in to try on a number of gowns from a specific designer and she was so helpful in guiding the decision making process along the way while being genuine and supportive. They sold me the most amazing dress that I can't wait to wear next year. The shop is also clean and the samples are in good condition (some places I'd been had quite dirty samples - not a huge issue but a less pleasant experience). They also have 2 people take your measurements separately and compare for due diligence, so I'm feeling good that we landed on the right size to order.

“Got my wedding dress here yesterday and had the best experience! I was crunched for time and basically needed to find a dress that same day, and Elena was the sweetest and most helpful/encouraging stylist. Even though they didn’t have the specific Tom Sebastien dress I wanted in stock, she called around to see if it was available anywhere else, then pulled a bunch of other dresses that were similar to what I was looking for. I was getting nervous that I wouldn’t find a dress, but we wound up finding the dress that matched everything I wanted (and was MUCH more affordable than the Tom Sebastien gown), and was even able to buy it straight off the rack with even more discount. I’ll still have to dry clean it & make some alterations to make it perfect, but I probably saved like 8+ thousand dollars thanks to Elena’s help & advice!

“10/10 recommend! They were professional, the price was reasonable and their turn around time was short (just a few days). My bikini is full of rhinestones and requires a lot of care when you handle it. They were really careful with it and they provided great costumer service even when they were really busy. When I picked up my suit they were really friendly and quick. I will definitely keep them in mind for future tailoring needs.”

“I truly had such an amazing and positive experience at Jaclyn's Bridal! I had been to other bridal boutiques prior to coming here and each one does their appointments slightly different. What I liked about Jaclyn's bridal is that they allow you (and anyone with you) to browse the showroom and pull any dresses you are interested in. Some places only allow the consultants to pull looks for you which is fine but I enjoyed being able to browse around myself. They are very transparent with their pricing and are happy to work within your budget range. My consultant, Alex, was so kind and sweet. She was very professional and I never felt any pressure. She did a great job clipping me in and out and I really enjoyed working with her. Their store has such a warm and relaxing atmosphere, I just felt so at ease. I found my perfect dress and veil and could not be happier!

Mindy, the owner is was also amazing. She is very experienced and does all the fittings herself. If you are considering having your alterations done in store, I would highly recommend! My dress fit me like a glove and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day.”

“Thanh Trang had the best variety of fancy to casual ao dais in Asian Garden Mall. I came from out of town specifically to get ao dais for myself and my kiddo. Thanh Trang may not be the most size inclusive (their largest size was an Asian size 4X) but the staff were helpful to let me try their largest size and find ao dais with stretchy velvet material that could be adjusted by a seamstress to better fit me (I’m a size 14-16 and 5X ao dais fit me). The seamstress was able to adjust 3 ao dais within 1.5hrs and they were able to make ao dais pants for me that they could ship to my house out of state. I can see why customer service ratings were low — however if the staff know you’re a serious buyer, they’ll work with you and I appreciate the hustle to get my dresses ready same day. I bought 3 ao dais and 1 pair of pants. Ao Dais were about $80 each with a reduced discount if you bought multiples.”

The only downer was that these dresses were a little out of my price point, but Bailey did everything she could to pull dresses for me! She not only made the experience a 10/10 for me but for my parents who were with me as well, she allowed them to be part of the "shopping" process and made sure they were comfortable and taken care of. “If you are looking for a beautifully made Ai Dai, look no further. We drove from Utah to get our Ao Dai made and were not disappointed. Top notch customer service, high quality, and accommodating. I was leaving the next day and she even rushed to make a loose fitting/mock up so I could come back the next day to ensure that it fits right. If you know anything about Ao Dai and the Vietnamese culture, they are made to fit to your body. I specifically went here because I’m shorter and would be considered plus sized. I was self conscious going in but she was extremely friendly, and patient, even though there were many people in the store as well. She only asks you about your weight and whether you plan on losing weight because most brides will intentionally lose weight between now and the wedding, and ao dai are not forgiving. They are tailored to YOUR BODY. The question is asked so she can tailor it accordingly.

I made the mistake of telling her my actual wedding date instead of when the bridals will be (2 weeks apart). I updated her with this information several weeks later and asked her if there was any way she can meet the new deadline. She was super accommodating and overnighted it to us. We just received it this morning! Will be updating with pictures from the bridal shoot. I cannot recommend her enough.”

“EVERY bride should have this experience while shopping for a gown! Words truly cannot convey how special the team at ML South Coast Plaza made my bridal fitting. On the way to shop for my dress, my mother suffered a major heart issue and was hospitalized for emergency surgery. Victoria at ML was the kindest, most above and beyond customer service I have ever encountered. When I had to cancel my appointment suddenly to car for my mom, she personally spent weeks working with me holding multiple dates at once as we waited for over a month for my mom to recover and have our magical day of dress shopping. She checked on me and my mother while we were in the hospital and stayed in constant contact with me as we waited for the doctor’s clearance and a good day to travel. We drove many hours to reach the store and Victoria and Stephanie were unbelievable. They treated us like royalty, like we were meeting old friends. She listened and supported me through my entire experience and we all cried I think when we found the perfect dress on the perfect day - the same day my mom and mother in law & sister in law met for the very first time! It was honestly a core memory and I am looking forward to going back to the boutique to have my fitting. These women make it more than a transaction. The women at this store (especially Victoria and Stephanie) are committed to making the experience of shopping for a dress one you will always cherish and i personally think whether you buy a gown here or not, if you’re a bride you MUST go have the ML bridal experience at South Coast. The only thing more beautiful than the gowns are the people who work there.”
