After our dog was partially paralyzed by IVDD and needed surgery our Vet recommended we have him go through a rehab program ideally with hydrotherapy. We did research and called around to several different providers, but the professionalism of C.R.O.C. stood out as we tried to get into get an evaluation and treatment plan.Unlike some other providers we were able to actually get through on the phone and talk with someone, and our emails were promptly returned.Thank god we went with Canine Rehab, Lauryn and her team are truly miracle workers. We thought that Archer was likely destined for a cart, he had no use of his right leg and his left was stiff and unable to move when we started rehab.A few months later and he's able to get around on his own, stand up and balance, stretch and move without pain and we have hope that he's going to continue to improve and lead a much happier life.IVDD is terrible, can strike out of nowhere and completely rob your pet of their former lives.Canine Rehab completely changed my dog's recovery from IVDD and if you have any recovery needs for your pet you owe it to them to get the best treatment possible. From hydrotherapy, acupuncture, cold laser, ultrasound etc they have a variety of different treatment options that are tailored exactly to what your pets needs are. Also just as important, the workers there are true animal lovers. They are so good with our dog, and really do a great job with the animals.I can't recommend them highly enough, if your pet needs help, give them a call.

I will spare you the sad details that got us to take our 6 month old puppy to CROC and just say that Lauryn and her entire team completely transformed our life, as well as our puppy's. His surgeon was almost sure we'd have to amputate his leg, which at one point seemed like the best option for him to have a normal, healthy life. Rest assured that miracles can absolutely happen, and so does medical brilliance and hard work. Within 2-3 months he was running, jumping, standing on his two hind legs and gained 90% of his injured leg back-- even after a badly broken femur + crushed bone at the connecting hip joint with severe muscle loss and atrophy due to inactivity while he healed from surgery. I cannot recommend this place enough. They will all have a special place in our heart forever and we are beyond blessed to have found them.

I brought Tucker in due to him limping and he was assessed by Lauren and the Vet and it was decided he needed to sign up for physical therapy at Canine Rehab. He also needed to lose weight.Tucker went to Canine Rehab for 14 sessions and he was so well treated and loved going every time we went. His limp has reduced considerably (barely there) and he’s lost 8 lbs. I highly recommend Canine Rehab for any of your dogs needs. They are the absolute best.

CROC’s team is amazing! We took our precious Luna about 2 weeks after surgery. Due to a tumor, one of her front leg had to be amputated. Luna was devastated. She had a hard time getting around. Luna was an 11 year old Rottweiler and about 80 pounds after surgery. She went through 2 knee surgeries and had major arthritis from that. I did not think that Luna was going to be able to walk again and be the happy girl that she always was. But then, we met with CROC’s team and after recognizing these challenges, their hard work started. They gave Luna massages, did acupuncture, did exercises with her, had her do underwater treadmill and they even tried to find the right gear to make Luna’s life and our life easier. About 1 month after rehab , Luna got stronger, started to get around and be more independent and most importantly, she regained her confidence and was happy again. And that made us very happy too. Her quality of life improved tremendously. She even tried to run, she thought she could do everything again ;) We are so glad that Luna’s surgeon recommended CROC and we are so grateful for everything that CROC did for our precious Luna. Thank YOU!!

I have been bringing my dachshund Dexter to CROC since his spine surgery in 2020. The entire staff here is amazing and I know that he is in the best hands and getting safe exercise and therapy he needs to keep him strong for the long term. I love that they provide all elements of physical therapy in one session. From stretching and massage to obstacle courses and water treadmill they really do it all and I credit them for getting my boy walking and running again after his surgery. Keep up the good work guys!

When I first came to croc, I was worried about having to drop my dog off. She’s skittish and has separation anxiety but her hips were really hurting her so I decided to give it a try. Within just a couple visits, she was moving so much better! I can tell that she is getting stronger and she feels better already. And she LOVES the girls here! Now she knows exactly where we are when we pull up and she’s yanking me into the lobby as fast as she can. Thank you for helping my baby girl!

I'm sharing some thoughts for how Lauryn and her troops helped our Harley with her recovery from spinal surgery. My wife Toshie' and I believe that these guys are miracle workers! Harley was paralyzed and we were advised by others that she would never walk again, but the Super Troops at the C.R.O.C. worked her back to health in 6 months and we are so THANKFUL and feel so BLESSED that they gave us back our Harley! Be Cool & God Bless!!! Chief Henry Hamby (USAF Retired)

BEWARE!In response to your reply below, I told you she had a recent bone scan which specifically showed osteoarthritis in her right hind ankle. I provided you with a detailed medical history with contact info. I offered to drop-off a copy of all her recent diagnostic reports(X-rays, bone scan) but, you said the vets don’t always provide the owners with the complete medical notes. I brought her in per my vets’ recommendation for water treadmill therapy, not another “diagnosis.”————I brought my 6 year old Bull Terrier mix to CROC for acupuncture and water treadmill therapy for pre-diagnosed osteoarthritis to her right hind ankle. Unfortunately, the CROC vets chose to ignore her pre-diagnosis reports (via bone scan $1800) and determined after a 45-minute $200 assessment, she needed knee surgery in both legs!!! Upon leaving their office in tears, I immediately called Bailey’s surgeon for a follow-up appointment to discuss CROC’s “diagnosis.” Upon a thorough re-assessment ($160), the surgeon found NO signs of knee ligament issues. Once this report was sent to CROC for their review, I called and asked the Owner, Lauryn for a refund for CROC’s mis-diagnosis, not to mention the stress and anxiety they inflicted and the additional $160! She declined. I submitted a complaint with BBB and am waiting for CROC’s response. Our appointment was September 20, 2022 at 11:00am.

My puppy had FHO hip surgery and Canine Rehab has done an amazing job with her recovery. She loves to be active, and thanks to their help she is using that leg again. She doesn't have the muscle atrophy in that leg anymore, and has full extension/flexibility in that leg again. They are also so patient with her hyper puppy energy and all of the staff members are so friendly and helpful. My puppy loves coming here and will start whining from excitement in the car when she knows we are close by. She can hardly wait to go back to the treatment area when we arrive and she is always bursting with excitement. I also love that the water treadmill therapy is included in the cost of the appointment instead of being an extra charge. Thank you Canine Rehab!

Wouldn't help my dog due to his age. Had to do his rehabilitation all on my own. Told me my dog would be dead within a year and never walk again. After 7 months with zero professional help he is healthy and walking and could have YEARS left to go.

We are so happy we found CROC! Our little dog has always been incredibly active and has gone everywhere with us...when we found out that he needed surgery for a ruptured CCL, we were devastated. We knew the confinement and downtime would be miserable for our fun-loving dude, and we were anxious to have him back to normal! He had his first surgery in May, and unfortunately needed a secondary surgery in June, and the staff at CROC have been helping us get him back to his normal life since. They have all been incredibly patient with him and his nervous nature. He has made fantastic progress and his surgeon has very pleased with his outcome. We are so happy that he's well on his way back to normal thanks to their compassionate care. Rou thanks you all!
