I need my prescriptions to be filled here so I called to set up the transfer of my meds. If I don’t get them transferred, it’s a 2 hour drive to get meds from my previous pharmacy.“We’ll if there’s no refill I can’t do that” (sassy)There is a refill. That’S WHY I’m calling. Im really not a fan of the pharmacy here. This isn’t even my main issue. That one will require a call to the higher ups. Most of the pharmacy staff has attitude; mostly to non white customers.

I’d never think to leave a review for cvs of all places but phill in the pharmacy is PAST AMAZING bro deserves every good review possible. I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to the area 3 years ago I have since gone threw some serious medical complications and surgeries but boy oh boy phill is ALWAYS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! Phill keeps the pharmacy running better than my amg, salute to phill and all his hard work and help he definitely cares about the people he serves I sometimes wonder how he remembers all our names too. This one goes out to you buddy! Give that man a raise!

What great people — every staff member is kind and helpful. The patience required by the pharmacy staff to help ill, confused and/or frustrated patrons is incredible but they do it every time. I’m so appreciate of their help and most cognitive of their effort with every patron. Truly fine people—

The line at the pharmacy goes all the way through the store, and they have only 1 person working. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

The pharmacy staff are for the most part nice and friendly but there is one woman who’s very rude and makes it difficult for my mother and myself ( she had no way of connecting us so our experiences were separate)she has the name “ Yeng” on her name tag. She seems to hold prejudice against people that take pain medication. I wish I didn’t need it to be able to work ?

Cashier/store associate today (1/1/23) at 4pm with long black hair and a bit older exclaimed right next to me as I was at self check out and just needed to rescan my card, "it's so annoying when you try helping a customer and they just start pressing buttons"No, I did not need your help, I can read the notification it says to retry card, and didn't appreciate your rude off hand comment no more than three feet away from me.I understand you deal with some problematic customers, i work too, but you should1: maybe listen when i said no thank you, I'm okayAnd2: keep your comments for the backroomThank you!

This is the second time they've notified me that my prescription is ready and I go for them to tell me they don't have that prescription even available. Don't send notifications that it's filled if you don't even have it in stock.... A waste of my time.

Care pass is a scam. Some fraudulently used my credit and CVS doesn't care. Leads me to believe that CVS never issued me my credit I paid for, and then says I used it.

This CVS has the worst employees… they don’t know where things are, annoyed to assist you if asked, and some are just down right rude. I haven’t met one employee that doesn’t fit this categorization.I recommend having a sit down with the employees on the standard of how to treat people IN GENERAL and then how to treat customers in a business setting. Nobody wants to shop somewhere they are treated unkindly, even if it is convenient.Additionally, please label your sale products better. If you put a general sign saying buy one get one free, people are confused when it doesn’t apply to their item and it holds up the self checkout and regular checkout line.

So thankful to have a 24hr CVS for those late night prescriptions of cold medicine. Our lil one seemed to be fine, then 1am hit and they were able to transfer the other none 24hr CVS prescription in minutes. . Thank you !

This is a nice cvs they have a nice selection of perfumes and colognes. I thought the store was clean and I spoke with three employees asking where stuff was and they pointed me in the right direction.
