If you need something from a CVS, I recommend this store specifically.I needed a passport photo for my 4 year old son and two of the employees at this CVS were so patient and helpful. Loida and Alan were their names, I think and Alan especially went above and beyond what was expected to help my son feel comfortable and successfully take the passport photo.

Clearly, the nicest staff at this pharmacy! I just left "the pharmacy from hell" which included a form of discrimination just because of the medication I have to take. I'm only speaking of the pharmacists at Rite Aid San Miguel. There is only one male (initial "S") that is non judgemental. The entire staff at CVS East Bluff are ALL SO NICE! Sharing stories with friends, many people agreed and left RiteAid. Yesterday, a receptionist at a doctor's office agreed with me when I told her I've switched pharmacies.

Pharmacy technician Gloria was helpful with me. She helped me get my meds to help with pain as I awaited the rest from my PCP to help with my blood transfusion. I was in tears and she was comforting as this whole situation is new to me. Thank you. Everyone is helpful and knows but Gloria went the extra mile

Pharmacist Junho was professional and friendly. CVS computer system went down and he notified me right away. Soon as the system went back online, he refilled my meds. Thank you for outstanding service!!

bait and switch pricing tactic. Horrible pharmacy service. I called twice to confirm they had my prescription drug in stock and the price. When I went to pick it up the price was $50 higher and they said it was due to a different manufacturer of same drug. But no courtesy phone call to let me know before I drove 30 miles from another CVS store. No apologies given for their mess up. Will never shop at any CVS again.

This is the best CVS I have ever been to in my life three different people asked if I needed help finding something...I did...the lady in cosmetics so nice and the manager Michael so nice very clean store my fave CVS to go to. Good job everyone!

If I could I would not even give 1 star to then. . Jenny tran at the east bluff Newport Beach is the pharmacist gave wrong information over the phone. She said both of medication is ready and each $10 copay. I was really sick in the bed got ready and drove there and totally all wrong my medications were not ready and one was $10 the other one was almost $300. I wanted to talk to her and they keep passing me to a different line and when it was my turn she was so busy to talk to me. She briefly came by and said I have lots of patient waiting for me. I was mad and I said this is not fair and she said I’m busy. Very poor and bad customer service. I would not use this pharmarcy.

Anyone giving Jenny Tran a good review was paid by her. She provides awful service probably due to her hot flashes and her running around in a frenzy yelling at her staff. She has shorted my medication several times and will never fix it. If everyone leaves enough bad reviews about her cvs will hopefully kick her out

It seems as if those who like this place are talking about the store or over-the-counter meds. Fine. The store is a typical CVS and the customer service in the store is great. BUT AVOID THE PHARMACY - which is the main reason for all CVS's to exist. This pharmacy repeatedly screws up. The people who answer the phone treat you like an inconvenience. So do the pharmacists. (Don't you just love a pharmacy who disobeys your doctor's rx order?) Countless times I have arranged a pickup for an hour or two from when when I call. Last time, I showed up 6 hours after that and was told I had to wait because they still hadn't filled it. That was the last straw and I made my ire known to those behind the counter, loudly voicing my annoyance.

Absolutly horrific service from the pharmacy. They always take forever and are extremely rude. The store itself is Also always out of things and never has anything fully stocked. The worst CVS I've ever been to and it's not even close.

Austin at the pharmacy really REALLY takes it the extra mile to help out and LISTEN. Over the phone I spoke to two different pharmacists who both didn't help me, didn't listen to what I needed, didnt let me talk and just didn't care. I wish I had their names so they would learn from their mistakes. One was a girl and the other one was a guy with a thick Asian accent. Shame on you. You could really learn something from Austin, take notes. Seriously.

This has to be the most disorganized pharmacy out there, always get meds mixed up. Not to mention how utterly rude and disrespectful they are every time I've come here. Will definitely not be going back here.. Yelp doesn't give the option for Zero stars..this feature should be added..
