I rented a car here while my car was being repaired after a hit and run. What could be an annoying/somewhat stressful situation was made very easy and enjoyable by Asia and the other staff here who set me up with a nice rental and called me to make sure I was happy with it. Asia is exceptionally kind and professional and communicated very promptly and clearly with me throughout the almost month I had a rental. Asia and the other person who called me were very accommodating of my schedule. Really a great experience. Thank you!

I recently got into a car accident and I had to rent a car for a month or so. Asia was the person who answered all my calls/questions and helped me rent out a car. I told her that I was only available certain times during the day due to my work schedule and she accommodated/helped me as much as she could in a timey manner. I'm super grateful for her!

Great experience!! The man who works at the front is so professional and courteous. They check in before you rent your car to see what you're looking for and they had a few excellent options for me to choose from. They are closed from 12-1 which I didn't realize. The drop off process was super simple and quick. Would definitely use this enterprise if I needed to rent another car.

I used to work there. It's a great experience to drive fancy cars around.

My husband's high-end car was hit by a hit-and-run driver. Enterprise is contracted through State Farm for rentals. Reed from Enterprise called us almost immediately after we reported our accident to State Farm. We had a detailed discussion with Reed about the type of car we needed (Reed offered us a BMW or an SUV and didn't indicate any problem with availability)and what the State Farm rate was, so we were rather impressed at this point. Then it all went downhill. We showed up the next morning at 9 am, as arranged, no Reed was there, of course, and were offered a damaged Chevy Impala. We said no to that, and after misquoting the rate to us, they said we could come back to get a BMW later in the day. So I had to go back and pick up my husband and bring him home.Later, we were notified that the BMW was there. I dropped my husband off, and 15 minutes later got a call to pick him up. The BMW had various mechanical problems and wasn't drivable. Again, we had gotten no heads up on this. I had to drive back again to get my husband. Now, we have no car. This Enterprise branch has virtually no cars on the lot, and the ones that are there seem to be damaged or in mechanical disrepair. They said they would look for another car, but we don't have any more time to play around with this. If you want a junk car that may or may not be on the lot, this is the place for you. For me, they have wasted my and my husband's day after a very devastating day yesterday from a hit and run driver. No thanks.

A hit-and-run driver crashed into my husband's high-end car and we needed a rental car through State Farm, who is contracted with Enterprise. Since this is the branch near our home, we decided to go with them. After talking to the State Farm claims adjuster, we got a call from Reed at Enterprise within minutes, which seemed promising. He asked when we needed the car, and we said the next day. Then we got into a detailed discussion with him about car type. He offered us a BMW 3-series or an SUV at the State Farm rate, not indicating that there was any problem with availability. We made a 9am appointment to pick up the car the next morning. We showed up at 9am, not having heard anything further from Enterprise. The car offered to my husband, surprisingly after our detailed discussion with Reed, was a damaged Chevy Impala. We said no to that, and after a bunch of misquotes on the rate Reed had given us, they consented to let us come back and pick up a BMW SUV which was coming in. They had no other cars on the lot, so obviously, supply was a problem, again, something that Reed had not indicated. So I came to pick up my husband again, having just dropped him off. We returned a couple of hours later, and the BMW SUV was not drivable, having problems with a gas cap cover that was stuck and various non-working lights. Again, Enterprise did not call us in advance to tell us of this. They had told us the car was ready. Again, I had to go back and pick up my husband. Now, we have no car. They are supposedly looking for one, but pretty sure that will come to nothing. I thought Enterprise was a well-run company. What I can tell you is that their car stock is poorly kept. They do not communicate with customers, seemingly unconcerned about how many times you have to come back for faulty cars. Who needs this? They made a bad situation for us so much worse, making us spend more time on the phone with State Farm. And Reed just totally disappeared, unanswerable for all his promises which were obviously just window dressing for a poorly run Enterprise branch. Avoid this place if you value your time or if you want a decent, operating car.

Booked online. Showed up to the store and no vehicles were available except one with a check engine light. Clerk called to have another delivered and stated he couldn't accept either of my debit cards due to corporate policy only accepting credit cards for out of state ID. I found Turo and booked with them. Same price but instead of enterprises corolla I found a Range Rover, porche, and Maserati for the same cost! Do yourself a favor and use Turo app if you don't have a credit card. Sorry I'm not in credit card debt enterprise....

WARNING. Please Read. Dishonest. Scammers. AVOID! I was given a free rental car by Sterling BMW because my car was being serviced next door. After a week I returned the Car to Enterprise. About a month later Enterprise contacted me and said that I must pay for the rental car because Sterling will only pay for one day. I told enterprise that it was not my problem and they need to discuss it with Sterling BMW. Enterprise obviously has no integrity so they charged my credit card anyway. I called up my credit card company and successfully disputed the full amount. I paid nothing. $0 : ) Thankfully my bank sided with me and saw though their fraud.

They truly care about putting you in the best car and the best price. The customer service went above and beyond. Tony and Nathan were so engaged and friendly that just left me in a good mood the rest of the day. I came in about an hour before they close. So they easily could have been checked and going through the motions... But they carried themselves full of energy. They were delighted to see me. They expedited the rental process and were great resources with dealing with GEICO. I'm 23 years old so I'm very new to the logistics of what happens when you are hit by a car. I thought it would be a tedious and exhausting inconvenience. Tony and Nathan made it just the opposite -- a customer service experience that I will never forget due to their positivity and kindness.
