Buyer BewareBUYER BEWARE SHOPPING AT FABLETICS STORES. This is my opinion of my shopping experience. Visited fashion island store for 1st time May 11, the staff were very nice and friendly. As i cashed out with 4 items the employee asked if i wanted to sign up to receive emails of special pricing and coupons plus i'd get the 2 for $24 deal for doing so. I asked is it free they said "YES" I asked I am not signing up for credit card right, they said no. Made my purchase with cash and he said oh we take credit card, I just assumed like many stores now they do not accept cash. He asked if i wanted paper or email receipt, I said email. When I got home and opened email, WOW to my surprise this was a total scam and they should be ashamed and possibly be investigated by state agency. On my receipt it was written"On the 6th of each month, you will be charged $59.95 for your membership benefits"I signed in to my account they had me make at checkout and immediately canceled this "membership." I hope they do not charge my cardVERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND WILL NOT SHOP AGAIN

SCAM!!!! Buyer beware. This store is sustaining themselves by signing customers up in an unsolicited membership. So, I shopped here once and for the first time with the Fabletics store in Newport Beach. Later, I found out that I was being charged for an unsolicited subscription. I was asked about the subscription and stated no, and to assure that I was not charged, checked out as a guest. Nonetheless the company, not the employees, still charged my card. I am appalled, I have not had a reputable company in Newport Beach EVER do this with my account. So, you may ask, simply call and cancel....YOU CAN'T, because they make sure to collect your data first, then tell you there is nothing they can do. I called....chatted (which after my complaint I was not able to send messages to FABLETICS), and they directed me to their store which I drove more than an hour to address this in person....NOTHING. Look at their website and it states the subscription is easy to cancel when it is not. What a desperate attempt of GREED!!!!! Here is a link to the BBS website:bbb.org/us/ca/el-segundo…

Just went in and had the most kind and helpful employees. Willing to go above and beyond to help me pick out products. The store is so clean and organized as well. Great selection available and overall experience!

The store is well lit with their isles clear to be able to walk through with ease. They have a variety of colors and styles to choose from. One issue is their tags that show the sizes are not easily found making you have to look inside EVERY item to find your size. This is an easy fix they should implement. My friend and I attended their free yoga class today and it was excellent! They had 2 fabulous yogis who gave a great variety of poses and vinyasas.

Great product, nice employees, unsatisfactory (to me) business practices: This review is my personal opinion based on my experience. Was in town for the day for business and decided to walk around this shopping center and happened to run across this store. The store and employees were very nice. There was a good deal of 30% off $100 so I bought two leggings, each tagged at $74.95. After leaving the store I went to grab a bite in the same shopping center and over dinner I was looking at the receipt when I noticed that the math didn't add up. According to the receipt, I only received a $10 discount and it was applied at $5 off each of the two items I bought (each item showing $69.95.) Walked back to the store to inquire but they had just closed for the evening. Since I am not local I called the store the next day and was told that the price of the leggings had recently gone up and despite the price tag, they really cost $84.95 instead of the ticketed price of $74.95 and that the $30 discount was reflected as $15 off each item. When I pointed out that's not my fault, and that I bought the items based on their tagged price, they referred me to their customer service line (844-322-5384.) When I called that number, I learned it is not really a customer service line, it is a MEMBER account service line for some membership program they run that I am not a part of. Called the store back and was told they could not make the adjustment on their end unless I was in-store, even though they pulled up the transaction from the number on the receipt (paid via credit card.) They said had I been a member, they would have made the adjustment remotely to my membership card. I don't like that product is tagged at a lower price, then scans for a higher price at checkout, and that they cannot or will not correct the the mistake on the electronic transaction they were able to pull up unless I physically return to the store. Also, just FYI that in addition to sales tax they are charging a tariff fee at checkout that they don't tell you about. If you don't know, a tariff is an import duty tax for importing products from other countries. All businesses deal with tariffs for their products made outside the US (pretty much everything) and it is normally something that is figured in to how they set their prices. Adding it as a tax during the payment process is a way to keep the ticketed price lower and recoup the cost at checkout that most people probably don't notice unless they look at the receipt. In the end, this is an issue over a small difference of a $20 discount. But there is principle involved. I love the leggings and will keep them as the road trip back to that store isn't worth the gas or time for the difference credited back or to return them. But this experience has tainted me. I do not trust this company or the way they do business and this was my first and last ever purchase I will make from them. Which is too bad, because the product is awesome and I would have liked to shop more from them in the future. So they have gained, and then lost a customer and prompted this review over $20. Good job, Fabletics.

50% off sale and that includes everything in the entire store!! Alicia helped me and she deserves 5 stars!! She found XX small leggings and a velour sports bra! They have a really cool system for trying on stuff! If you don't want to walk out into the store while trying on clothes, you can request it from your dressing room!
