Scott Sutcliffe is my professional advisor and his team has been very helpful in moving my account from UBS to WF. My annual fees have fallen. Access online is easy. All team members are easy to reach. Any questions I've had concerning investment issues are well resolved and responded to. The old UBS team was good, but my new team seems even better. I'm not yet ready to give 5 stars at the one year mark, but will follow up within the coming year as required.A larger team is not always a responsive one. When I had my account at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney I had a huge team with nobody really able to answer questions except one low placed clerk. Needless to say, glad I'm not with them any more.”
