Jammie is the best! She did a yoga session for us incorporated with some Pilates and it was very effective, definitely felt the burn! Very kind and knowledgeable, she's a great teacher for all levels, will walk you through step by step.

I am a wife, and mother to an active 13 year old daughter. Even though I was constantly running around, as you do when you have kids, I put on weight and was always tired. I used being busy as an excuse to not exercise and eat right. Over the years the stress turned into horrible anxiety attacks that physically started to affect the function of my heart and then I was put on medications that made it difficult to lose weight. I used that as another excuse. In November of 2018, my brother had contracted meningitis and I stayed with him in the hospital for about a week. Being in ICU that week, the stories from family members of other patients that were there recovering from heart attacks and strokes really put a scare into me and I decided that I was going to make a change. When I first started to lose weight, it was on my own. I lost 12 lbs. and it took about 7 weeks, but I couldn’t get the scale to budge after that. I feared that I would give up and end up putting the weight back on as I usually did. Just as I was thinking about what to do next, I came across an email for an 8-week weight loss challenge through Fit Body Boot Camp. I met Jamie and she was so supportive and she kept me accountable. The most important thing I learned about was planning ahead. At the beginning of the week I knew exactly what I was eating for the week and when I was going to workout. Since starting with Fit Body Boot Camp mid-January, I have lost 18 lbs. The workouts are not easy and I am sore most days, but, I feel amazing, I am stronger and I am more motivated than I have been in years. As far as the medications, I am working with my doctor to get off the last one. My blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol readings are now all within the normal range. I am continuing to eat clean and dedicated to working out. My goal is to lose 25 more lbs.

I have lost 40 lbs with Newport Beach FBBC!!! At the beginning of my journey (June 2018) with FBBC, I weighed over 200 lbs. Jamie and her crew provided great support, motivation, and kept me on track with 4 days per week of training. As of today, I weigh 162 lbs!!! I am so happy that I found Jamie, her crew, and everyone at Newport Beach FBBC! I recommend them to everyone, it is so worth being part of their family and becoming or staying healthy! -Martha-

I've gone here for exactly one day and I'm already a fan. For starters the owner Erin is absolutely amazing. She is very professional, motivating, and personable. The trainers/instructors that she has at the gym makes you feel like you belong in the gym. I plan on being one there best success stories coming up in 3 weeks. Just try it out for one day and you will understand this review more!!!
