This steakhouse could be a real gem, but the quality of the experience hinges entirely on the waitstaff you get. My steak itself was decent, though not mind-blowing – perhaps a bit on the expected side for a high-end steakhouse. Coming from New York City with its abundance of incredible steakhouses, I may be a little spoiled. However, the saving grace of the night was our server, Vicky. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our every need was met and our dining experience enjoyable. Her positive attitude and excellent service really elevated the evening.

if i could zero stars, i would.. the server asked me how i would like my steak and before i could answer he added, "Probably burnt like your brown skin." Unbeleiveable.... He then spit on my child asnd drank my water. So unreal.Wheelchair accessibility: Absollutley NO wheelchair accessibility and when i would wheel my granddad with dementia past the employees they would make horrible car impressions and give pappy vietnam flashbacks

If you love a good prime rib then come here! Had dinner reservations and came early to have a drink at the bar which is on the pub side. Classic English pub style feel, great drinks and fun friendly bartenders, Andrew and Mike. Dining experience was fantastic with Patty as our server. Very excited to tell us about the restaurant as it was our first time there. Quick service and all food was delicious. Look forward to going back.

We went to 5 Crowns for our 48th anniversary. It did not disappoint! The food was delicious....we had the prime rib. I had requested a specific table, which we got, and this added to the ambiance Our server, Carly, was top notch. Her attention to detail was unsurpassed! I highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable experience!

My wife and I went to Five Crowns with another couple. We had an amazing time and our server Mark was great. Food was amazing as well. Bar was supper busy, so it took a while to get our drinks when we first arrived but we were seated fairly close to our reservation time. I highly recommend Five Crowns.

Busy on Friday night! Noisy, pre-meal cocktail not delivered until meal, special birthday desert served ?, but second desert ignored altogether, ?, final bill calculated including a glass of wine... not served. All this, but a terrific meal.

We have not been to Five Crowns in several years and were pleased to see that it continues to be a great fine dining experience. The food was terrific from the appetizers to the main course... prime rib...through dessert. What made the evening so special was our server, Tyler, with his knowledge of the history of the restaurant, the menu selections, and the wine choices. He was friendly, an engaging conversationalist, and efficient... never rushing the meal... yet knowing just when to bring the next course. We will be back and we will definitely ask for Tyler!

Delightful place to celebrate a “Big Birthday”!!! Our drinks, meal, dessert & service was excellent! Sunday evening's atmosphere was lovely busy but not too loud to have a relaxing conversation.

Prime rib was just OK. Salad, side dishes and desserts were all very disappointing. Expecting white tablecloths and not having them destroyed the ambiance for us. For the price we paid, we got a mediocre experience at best.

We had a lovely dinner celebrating my 75th birthday. Our server was very efficient and acknowledged our celebration each time he came to our table. The prime rib was excellent as was the rest of our meal. It was a lovely experience. Friendly staff.

Amazing food, service, ambiance. It was the absolute best. Forget any chain restaurant, forget other high end steak houses. Five Crowns was head and shoulders above their competition. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Go, enjoy and make plans to come back. Awesome!

When we were about to be seated, I told the woman that it was my wife's birthday. She wished her a happy birthday, but failed to tell our waiter. When the meals arrived, mine was wrong. I had ordered a ribeye steak, but what arrived was a prime rib plate. Instead of acknowledging the error, our waiter kept insisting it was my fault, and finally said he wouldn't charge me for the replacement, and that whose error it was was neither here nor there. Then when we were done, there was no “birthday” desert, and when we didn't order anything, he just closed out the check. My wife was so upset she actually cried on the was home. when we mentioned it as we were leaving, they said they were never informed of the occasion. All in all, we were very disappointed, and after having spent several thousand dollars on previous birthday parties in the last two years, may not revisit the establishment for some time.

We have not been to five crowns for over 40 years, and our return did not disappoint. The food was outstanding. The service was perfect and our overall enjoyment and meal were five stars. Their prices have kept up with inflation, so it appears that they have not been able to cut cost and other area to control menu prices, we believe that the food choices and service at five grounds is better than Lawry's in Beverly Hills which owns the restaurant.

The one time experience at a classic restaurant should be experienced by all. The wait staff is experienced. The food is good, although the crab cakes are better than most places. The martinis are very well done.
