The opportunity to work with Floor Coverings International has been an absolute pleasure for us. It is Ellie's goal to ensure that her customers are comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. They respond quickly, are extremely flexible on their schedules, and the most important thing is that they are always on top of their work. Working with Ellie was a great experience for us, and I am thankful that I was able to have the opportunity to work with her.

Ellie was fantastic! She responded very quickly & had the floor people here within a few days to measure & give an estimate. The work began a few days later. The refinished floor is beautiful! We are very happy with the end product.

Did a last minute call for a fix on the sub flooring of my restroom and it was completed last minute! Same day!I really wanted to show appreciation with this post and thank Jimmy for coming out on such short notice and Ellie Snow for being such a supporting role in all of this!

I love that this is a small, woman owned company. We got several quotes and while they were not the least expensive, the customer service and flexibility is why we ultimately went with this company. Jimmy Is the BEST. He is an absolute perfectionist (which is exactly the kind of person you want working on your floors) and so passionate about his work. Everything is impeccable, and any little thing we noticed, he noticed it first and had a plan. We needed travertine and glued down hardwood removed throughout our 2400 square foot home. Jimmy always had a smile, communicated, showed up every day, early, worked on his "days off" and was so personable. My grumpy dog, my son, and my mom & husband all felt the same way. Ellie is very easy to talk to and makes everything incredibly smooth. She's an expert coordinator. I wish we could do credit cards without a fee (points!) but that's my only criticism.

This company is absolutely the best, Ellie was very helpful and they did a wonderful job installing the new carpet. I called Thursday night and they were here 1st thing Friday morning. give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Their rating should be ten stars that's how helpful and good they are, and very reasonable prices.
