This is for a prior interaction in trying to get a Jaguar I-Pace. First of all, no, I'm not going to pay a markup when Jaguar is selling 1 of these cars a day and there are 300+ available across the country. 2nd of all, no I don't need the useless add-ons that come marked up for these cars. Don't be fooled by whatever these guys are trying to tell you, you're better off doing your own homework and finding a more reputable dealer.

This place has accused me of smoking in their loaner vehicle, In 4 years I had several loaners from this place and in 4 years this place has had several managers as well. I was told by the current manager that this has occurred several times but no one has ever said anything or spoke with me about the situation not even my service advisor Jack Sweeney. I was charged $250 for a cleaning fee on a card that was not authorized to use, the charge was refunded with stipulations of me not being able to get a loaner if I need any type of service on my vehicle. No customer should have to deal with or tolerate any false accusations. I hope the new owner see this and handle him employees properly.

Good customer service, but of course expensive.. better choices online with better pricing. But when you need it that day it's worth checking out

From the second I got there, Land Rover NB made me feel like they cared and understood my concerns and priorities. They went above and beyond to explain everything to me. Having had (too many) bad experiences with other places being dishonest, I can say Kevin's transparency and professionalism has been the best experience with an auto dealer to date. Very grateful; thank you Kevin!!

This service department is so helpful. I've been in a few times with minor issues and with no appointment. They went above and beyond to resolve the problem and make me feel welcome.

After a 275 mile journey from Vegas, my Evoque decided to stall right in the middle of a 7 lane road at the end of a highway. Luckily my bf lived 10 minutes away and came to the rescue. We had to get my vehicle towed to Land Rover, which was (also luckily) only 4 miles away. I was already anticipating them to charge me an arm and a leg. After waiting 2 days for them to diagnose, they contacted me saying they had to secure the components that came adrift. They sent me the final bill, which was only the diagnostic fee of $299. I was relieved that they didn't try to nickel and dime me like other dealerships that try to make money by taking advantage of their clients. A+ for Land Rover Newport!!

Thanks, Jack and all the staff, once again the service provided was excellent. As a Jag and Range Rover owner I couldn’t be happier. From pick up to drop off the dealership is fantastic.I work at a dealership so I know how many small things can go wrong from delays in getting parts and communication. Smooth experience for my 50k mile service. The service manager Travis found an issue with one wheel bearing. The issue was covered by warranty, fixed for no charge. My car drives 1000% better now. Always take my car here… I personally appreciate the peace of mind I get from certified techs and parts. Especially when it comes to warranty repairs. Thanks guys!

My experience with Connor has never been less than stellar. Everytime my Range Rover has trouble, he is my go-to service rep. He answers all my questions in a timely manner, and makes sure I'm taken care. I can tell he really had a passion for automotive service and customer service.
