The process was seamless. I called the store to check on availability, and Kenny was amazing! He answered all of my questions and guided me throughout the entire process. Purchased a Rolex day date from Jewelers on Time and Victor about a week and a half ago and it is gorgeous. Victor has been extremely responsive to any questions that I had and the watch is working with only one second per day variation, which is pretty awesome for a 35-year-old watch. Very happy with my purchase and trying to find another Watch to buy from them now.

After spending some time looking around at various shops that sold used Rolexes I came across Jewelers On Time. Gave them a call to ask for an appraisal of a family piece and Kenny was extremely helpful over the phone. He went out of his way and told me what I needed to know, saving me the trip down and took it a step further by reviewing some photographs for me. After identifying the specs of the watch it was easy to find other pieces for sale and they were selling for the range Kenny had given me. Great service, clearly experienced and knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will come here for my future needs. Thank you!

One of a Kind Service. The Owners take pride and deservedly so, there is a palpable excitement immediately upon entering. Victor's approachable personality and excitement for the craft and business is much more welcoming than the typically tightly wound Rolex stores or private jewelers. The fact that I was referred to Jewelers on Time by what I would have considered to be their local competition says a lot. First, it tells me that they can be trusted not to play games by others in the industry; and moreso even amongst their peers, they are praised. Shout out Watch Connection for a great referral. I do wish they had more showcases, and more timepieces, but that's because what seemed to be 80% of their space had Immaculate watch repair facilities, with stations helmed by experts. I brought in a nice full gold watch to be refinished and sure enough Victor updated me with pictures of the entire piece broken down just hours later... very attentive and professional. The prices are reasonable and represent a great value for the quality of service Victor and Kenny provide. All of those things made for a really enjoyable experience. Whenever you need a repair or are in the market for a Pre Owned Rolex, Franck Muller or other Swiss Watch...This is "a great find for high end watch repair" Highly Recommended.

Brought in my AP because it wasn’t keeping time. Kenny and his team were able to order the parts and fix the watch in a few weeks. Local AP store was rude and was looking at 6 months and twice the money to fix. Watch is working like it should and I am more than happy.
