I’ve had the opportunity to work with Dan, the owner of Keyrenter Newport Beach Property Management, and I can confidently say he is one of the most professional, reliable, and detail-oriented property managers I’ve met.
Even in my early interactions with him, it was immediately obvious why so many homeowners trust him with their rentals. Dan is the kind of person who follows through, communicates clearly, and treats every property as if it were his own. His knowledge of the Orange County rental market, tenant screening, and property care is on another level.

Beware .. the most unprofessional management company ever. My landlord or shall I say slumlord , has to be the worst owner. All they care about is money. My place has had horrible plumbing issues. I sat with no shower or toilet the first time 5 days and the second time 8 days. Dan the property manager is rude, arrogant, condescending and doesn't LISTEN.

Dan is the best! As you can tell by his ratings...he gets stuff done! I'm a huge fan of Keyrenter Newport Beach! He's your guy! Don't call anyone else. Super knowledgable and prompt in getting challenges resolved! Can I give 6 stars? I highly recommend Keyrenter Newport Beach!
