What a Joke! I used this branch to make deposits to my credit union for the last 8 years. On Friday Jan 6th I experience a deposit malfunction at the ATM with a cash deposit. I lost $400 and my atm card in the machine. Since it was close to 5pm the bank would not let me in to speak with a manager. I needed them to confirm I was there and get the branch info for my credit union to file a claim. The manager refused to speak with me for 30 seconds and the door was shut. Then I see that the staff is having a laugh about the whole situation. Unprofessional to say the least but that is how people are these days. You need help hahahahhaha later.
As I sat in my car calling my credit union to file a claim this is where it all got ridiculous. The tellers all came out and informed me that if I didn't leave I would be arrested. I replied go ahead call the police I would like to file a report. I was told I would be banned from using that branch and I laughed because no one employee has the power to ban a customer for having a problem they would like resolved.
The police came and told everyone that no crime was committed here and left the scene. I was then almost ran over by one of the employees in their Toyota 4 Runner in the parking lot and this was witnessed by the security guard on duty. In my opinion this is a direct reflection of the Company LBS and their management for allowing this to happen. Yes the manager and security guard witnessed and assisted in the whole thing.
The biggest joke is that the security guard who is the closest thing to the law sat there and watched the whole thing transpire. What a joke. In any job I would be fired for this behavior but looking at the Yelp reviews, I am sure this type of stuff happens all the time. Unprofessional, uneducated, mis-managed, and negligent assets of the company. This will only get you a lawsuit in the end.
Picture below is one of the managers threatening to call the police and ban me from the branch as her employees stare me down and talk smack. Great customer service. I tried to upload the video of the security guard watching the employees try to run me down in their car but it was too big. Epic Fail!
