Management One is absolutely fantastic! I am real agent agent who has referred multiple property owner clients over the years that are looking to have their rental property managed as they don't want the headache of doing it themselves. Management One has made my life and my property owner clients lives hassle free and hands off when working with them. Their management company style is professional, transparent and they have systems set up to make it a seamless process for all parties involved. We all know life isn't perfect and their can be bumps in the road in life and business, when these scenarios have arised with my clients or me, Management One is always proactive in reaching out and communicates with my clients and myself, not leaving us in the dark (unlike almost every other company does). I will not ever look for another Management company to refer my rental properties or my clients to, EVER! Management One is absolutely, hands down, fantastic and recommend you or anyone you know to use them for any and all property management services.

Just Wow. Day in and day out Management One works with hundreds of property owners and hundreds residents all across southern California, and in this region they take care of a lot of properties as well. If you're looking for a property, or looking for someone to manage your property call them.
