What a pleasant experience it was to visit Michael Moses Jewelers! From my initial phone contact with Sam to my in person appointment with Mike, everyone made me feel worthwhile and respected. My questions were answered politely, mindfully, and comprehensively. In addition to that, I was properly schooled in the understanding of what GIA refers to and its importance for my diamond! : ) It was the most beneficial and productive hour spent in a long time! This is the best experience ever shopping for jewelry! Me not knowing anything about jewelry, and just sharing ideas with Mike, he knew exactly what I needed! He’s upfront and honest and working with him. Feels like I’m working with my best friend … Whenever I have any questions or concerns he is always there to help me out. Wonderful place to buy jewelry, especially rings and watches. Great selection, very helpful staff, and Mike (the owner) really does take good care of you. I've been there off and on for a few years and have recommended several friends who were getting married and they all had a great experience. Every time I visit whoever is working is so welcoming and friendly to me. It's not stuffy like other jewelry shops and I don't feel like I'm just a wallet. I can walk in just to see what's new without any pressure, which makes me want to come by more often. Check them out. Highly recommend.

Mike and John were absolutely the BEST jewelers I've ever worked with. Mike's professionalism, creativity, generosity, and passion for his work was like nothing I've ever experienced. He texted me throughout the process of custom re-designing my wedding ring, was so diligent and hands-on throughout each step, and most of all, the final product is BREATHTAKING! He nailed it and after what I went through with my previous jeweler (total nightmare) it was such a relief to be able to trust that I was in the best hands in the business. Thank you so much Mike and team- I can't wait to come back for our next design project!!!! This is the THE place for fine jewelry in all of OC- hands down.

Let me start by saying that if there was a level below "novice" when it comes to jewelry, I might not have even be considered for that category when it came to shopping for an engagement ring. I was also extremely nervous about the process and worried I'd get ripped off or not be able to afford something I liked. A good friend recommended Michael and I'm so thankful he did. Not only did I come away with a beautiful ring that was a bigger size than I had expected and for less than I thought I'd have to spend on it, but I now also feel like I've gone up a few notches and am at least a "competent" diamond ring shopper. Not only that, my fiancée (and her friends) love it!! Thanks Michael. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for diamonds or any piece of jewelry. Just tell him I sent you ;)

I recently found Michael Moses Jewelers and cannot be happier with my experience. I didn't have a big ask; just a polish on my platinum wedding ring. However, after the service I received for such a small request, I am a Michael Moss customer for life. Not only was the service I received welcoming and made me feel like a valued customer, but in watching the customer service other patrons received, I can tell they pride themselves on return business. It’s true what they say, happy wife, happy life! My wife wanted a very (and I mean very) unique diamond ring. It wasn’t even a wedding ring (we got married years ago!). She woke up one morning with a hankering for something sparkly on her finger that nobody else had. Well we went to a bunch of jewelers and none could satisfy her. Enter Mike. This man knows how to make a truly special ring! He was very patient (let me emphasis patient, because have you met my wife?). He listened carefully and delivered in aces. Now the wife’s happy and I can live in peace again, well until the next hankering…

My uncle referred to me to see Mike for a diamond engagement ring and I’m so glad he did! He really took the time to explain my options and get the best ring for my budget. He knows so much about diamonds and never once did I feel pressured to buy. Plus unlike other stuffy jewelry stores this place is very comfortable. Talking to Mike is like talking to a friend.
