The line at the pharmacy goes all the way through the store, and they have only 1 person working. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

This is the second time they've notified me that my prescription is ready and I go for them to tell me they don't have that prescription even available. Don't send notifications that it's filled if you don't even have it in stock.... A waste of my time.

Care pass is a scam. Some fraudulently used my credit and CVS doesn't care. Leads me to believe that CVS never issued me my credit I paid for, and then says I used it.

This is a nice cvs they have a nice selection of perfumes and colognes. I thought the store was clean and I spoke with three employees asking where stuff was and they pointed me in the right direction.

Liz = rude, unhelpful service. If you don't like your job or helping customers without acting like you're inconvenienced get a new one.

Aside from having to get my prescriptions there I often by various items from them. I find that they are well-stocked and the staff is always willing to help you find some thing that you can't locate. The pharmacy is very efficient even though it is usually very busy.

This is by far, the BEST PHARMACY I have ever gone to on the East coast and West coast ! (Comparison based on Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and New York- all places l have resided.) This CVS has everything. My son had a stretch where he needed diabetic creams, socks, bandages and you name it- this CVS had it. It even even more products for Diabetics than l even knew existed ! The Staff (Craig) found what l had asked about and kindly explained the products to me. CVS keeps up with the cutest seasonal items and this includes jewelry, mats, clothing, seasonal trimmings, etc. In the make-up the department, this CVS offers an amazing selection with knowledgeable staff to help you make sections. Because l frequent this CVS often, l seek out help and information from Susan and Craig in the the night hours and Danielle in the daytime. I so appreciate people who are knowledgeable and dedicated to their profession and actually care about the customers. We appreciate you , CVS and all your staff and managers who work behind the scenes who make this CVS outstanding.

This store location has been my go-to CVS for a little over a year now. I live right down the street and have had no issues there until recently. There is an employee named Craig who was racist and aggressive towards my partner and I. We were at self checkout and Craig approached us and said that we did not scan one of our items. We did in fact scan it and we showed it to him on the screen. He continued to argue with us and called my partner dumb. When my partner politely asked him if we could be helped by another employee he refused. We then asked him to let us continue scanning our items in peace and he started to insult my partner saying he was not smart and did not know what he was doing. We asked him to scan his card because we double scanned an item and he refused to and started to become more aggressive. I became uncomfortable because I could tell he was visibly angry and he started walking very close towards me with a red face and balled fists. My partner told him to back up from me and then Craig used a racial slur towards my partner and then said he would call the police on us. When I asked why he is calling the police he said it is because HE felt threatened. I then pulled out my phone to record the situation in case anything escalated. Craig then told me it was illegal to record him but at the same time pulled out his personal phone and began recording us. He then started to point his phone in the direction of my private area. My partner asked him to not point the camera at my body and Craig began to yell at us saying that the police would come "take care of us". Once the police came, they saw the situation and apologized to us for Craig's behavior. The police officer on scene actually was tearing up because he felt so bad that Craig had racially profiled my partner and that, because it is a private establishment, we had to leave all our stuff at the store. (Which was over $100 worth of items). The police actually encouraged us to file a complaint against Craig so I will be doing that. I just want to make it known on here that Craig is a RACIST and a horrible employee. CVS should look into this because we shop at this location often and we are very upset in the way we were treated by Craig. I actually was crying because I felt scared when he approached me and I was deeply hurt by the words he used towards my partner. Please CVS, do better and hold this employee accountable. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

Juriel is a phenomenal asset. Having worked in customer service for almost 20yrs, I appreciate the heck out of someone who is genuinely engaged with and cares about the clientele. Every time I come in he's constantly on top of it, always asking if there's anything he can do to help me or anyone else. You can tell the difference between an obligatory "can I help you" and someone who has it in their character as an individual to want to legitimately be there to assist you. Dude, it's just a CVS, I know....but "the way you anything is the way you do everything," and the way you go about your everyday business says everything about a person. I sincerely appreciate people like that.

This pharmacy is the worst CVS I ever been. They are not only the slowest but they have a very bad costumer service. Today I went there to take some medicine in the shells but I didn't know where to find them, I asked them but not body could give me an answer they were just looking at each other without answering. Probably they do not know where the medicine are. A costumers actually helped me.

This is without a doubt the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to.I've been using this store for the last 22yrs and apart from a revamp of the interior (so all the regulars had to reorient themselves in there) nothing has changed. It doesn't matter what time of day you go in there there is always a line at the pharmacy counter. I went there yesterday around 1pm and there were 8 people waiting in line and I waited at least 15 minutes to get served and some poor lady who was waiting at the counter when I got there was still waiting when I left!

The lady in the makeup department with the blonde hair is so sacastically rude and always has some smug comment to make. From the second you walk in she makes you feel unwelcome and follows you around like you are a shoplifter. Its almost hilarious she think this is like a high end beauty store. I wasn't going to write a review when it happened the first time but this is literally like my 5th time going there and each time she is just as rude. Never asks if you need any help but makes comments such as " don't worry Im watching you to make sure you get what you need". If I said that to my customers at work I would be fired instantly its unbelievable CVS allows her to treat customers this way. She makes you feel uncomfortable for even browsing or comparing deals and she expects you to walk in and know exactly what you want to buy or its like your a bothering her you are in her section. This employee stereotypes you from second you enter the door and honestly her coworkers are just as bad. Watched a girl stock a bunch of razors before she helped the long line of people and then when she did ring me up she charged me for 2 of the razors she was stocking. I go "those aren't mine" and she was all "oh really!?" is I replied " you were just stocking them and left them there". LMAO.. I think they hired some of the crazy people off Newport Blvd. If you want terrible service and an uncomfortable experience shop here.

Maria in cosmetics helped me find and demo a product and I would have given my experience 5 stars except when I came back to her to pay I had a $4 coupon which she pointed out to me was available in the store and a 30% coupon that was mailed to me. Neither was credited on my $59 purchase. I came back to the store and she referred me to mgr. He took $7 off one product. Neither of them seemed to care that nothing else was discounted, as much as I asked. Oh well, time to stop shopping here!
