Nexgen has changed my life and now i feel like a better person both physically and mentally. words cannot describe how much i owe these trainers. I finally have abs and achieved my dream body.

Came in at 11 years old, have been training with NexGen for 6 years, now I’m one of the best 18U players in the US. I credit much of my success to NexGen! Highly recommend anyone struggling with any type of movement or power on the court.
