They have a decent selection. I prefer Sally’s Beauty Supply for hair dye products though.

Today I came in the store for an exchange of 2 products. I came across an extremely RUDE staff member. Her name is Cindy Serrano, to find out she is a manager. After I confronted her how rude she was toward me. She still attempts to challenge me. I told her she makes me felt very uncomfortable during the transaction. She was pouting, cold and unkind. Her demeanor was extremely unprofessional. She asked me if I needed her to smile to make me feel better. This individual is HOPELESS!!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced from any retailer. No one asked if we need help finding anything, rude interaction when we were checking out. I recommend working on customer service training.

I bought a Groupon and came in here to use it. They have very strict rules about what you can use it on, you can only use a certain amount a day. After carefully reviewing what you can’t use it on and coming here twice to use them. A very rude staff member treated me badly for the second time. She was half the reason for a one star review.

Blown away from the top notch customer service at this location. Alexis is so friendly, personable, accommodating and goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. She was super busy and made sure every customer that walked through the door was helped to the max. She helped me find great deals and spent the time to make sure each product was right for me skin. Impressed! Kudos to her and thank you! . :)

They have great selection and seem to be well stocked. I was asked if I needed help right away and pointed in the right direction. They did not have what I was looking for but still looked around and found 75% of products I used, even found something I was looking for, for my brother (father's day is coming up). Will definitively be back!

Lexi & Cindy were so sweet and helpful I love this location! I came in looking for a pair of lashes and Lexi helped me pick out the perfect lashes she even put them on for me!

I think this may be the first location of the company--I have shopped here for well over 20 years. The product selection is amazing in every category. Well displayed, nice natural light. But one of the main reasons I go is the service. The longtime manager, Cindy Serrano, is the best of the best. Always upbeat, can answer any question and truthfully. She will help you find what you need. Outstanding product knowledge and so personable. Great reflection on ownership to hold onto someone valuable like Cindy. She has known many of the customers for years and it is reflected in the service. Five stars!

I love this store. Pam is awesome!!! They have everything. They carry my favorite Di Prima combs. I had lost mine that I had for years. They have all my grooming and hair products.

I used to love PB. Their return/exchange policy sucks. I had a lady (forgot her name) helped me pick out a foundation (color/match). At the time, the color seemed fine on my wrist. However, when I got home and tried it on - I wasn't 100% satisfied. I came back a few days later to exchange the product. They gave me a hard time because the product was opened. Caught up in that moment, I didn't argue. Instead I just left and took the loss.
