Had a prescription filled for desonide cream yesterday showed them my Good rx # and they wouldn’t accept it they doubled the price which was stated on coupon . Took my prescription to Pavilions pharmacy and it was honored!!! Will never go back to Rite Aid pharmacy!!

Just like previous reviews, absolutely rude pharmacist staff. Lying and then when caught in her lies tries to tell me about respect. Then when I call her out about being rude she says " you get what you give". I'm not sure why they keep this person on staff. It is causing this Rite Aid to lose business. Go to CVS, super nice and helpful staff there. Aubrey B. There is no need to chat with customer support. You can pull the recorded phone call and listen to how your employee spoke with the customer. That is all you need to do. Obviously it is a problem and maybe only that person because of other reviews left here as well. also why don't you try to create a new response to the reviews. When you give the exact same response to every review then it pushes us customers even farther away due to the lack of ( you guessed it) customer service- the very thing all the reviews are about.

Store is in decline. The refrigerator systems don’t work. No cold drinks. Lots of missing items. Assume it’s getting ready to close.

Rite-aid deserves ZERO stars. my experience relates to the pharmacy and their nasty disposition. if you dont want to help people, dont work in a pharmacy. i needed sudafed which doesnt even require a prescription but is “behind the counter”. Me: excuse me, do you have sudafed”, RA: without looking up “we dont have any”. Me: really?. RA: (irritated sigh) looks to person stocking shelves… Sudafed? The young man says we don’t have any. She looks at me and says “ we don’t have any“… now that was all irritating, but you would think they would have some thing akin to Sudafed and if you are congested and need Sudafed you would think a pharmacist might recommend some thing else in the absence of Sudafed. But no such luck at Rite Aid. Maybe that’s why their stock went from $40 a share to two dollars a share because they should actually be out of business. File chapter 7 and do us all a favor! ironically a CVS recently opened up one block away where there used to be a grocery store. So I went there. Bright big store very clean all very courteous and helpful and they actually had Sudafed no problem. I will never ever go to Rite Aid again. I have definitely changed my allegiance to CVS.

My boyfriend and I love going to Rite Aid for Thrifty ice cream and this Rite Aid is very clean, friendly, and generous with the ice cream too. Best Rite Aid in OC.

I love Rite Aid on PCH, Corona Del Mar. It’s so convenient and fast to receive text message when medication is ready for pick up as well as be able to pre-pay for it to simply walk in and pick up. Additionally, their self-check out makes shopping so quick and convenient. If you need any help from pharmacists and clerks, they are veré helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Rite Aid pharmacy and store!

I am a cardiologist living a few minutes from this drugstore.My doctor is an oncologist in practice for > 30 years in Fountain Valley and in Corona.He sent a prescription for Xanax ( second RX to same pharmacy for me in 3 months. I occasionally take it to sleep.)The pharmacist did not fill it because “doctor not from this area. She doesn’t know where Corona is. I should find another doctor closer by” I showed her on line the 2 drs’ offices and even called the office for her but she didn’t bother talking to the office and insisted that a new RX be sent from the FV office , which was impossible since the dr was in Corona for the day.NEVER in 44 years of medical career I have seen more inappropriate behavior from a pharmacy towards a patient.
