How can this place be closed in a mall and there's no recording on the machine saying why they were closed brought all my stuff out got to the door and it said it's closed until further notice and when I called the company that was said it was closed until Monday how can you do business like that I'm returning all my stuff it's not worth it they're not open their product must not be that good

The manager was extremely rude I brought in 3 units that I didn't feel was working correctly and I already had return labels but I figured I'd bring them in there cuz it was easier. She didn't care that I told her one of them was on for 4 days she was rude very dismissive and if she's the manager she should be managing a store if she treats people that way, I even told her that we were here 3 weeks ago and the store was closed she said well we had to because of covid somebody came down with it. When she treated me basically telling the guy here you want a unit you can have these units cuz I can't do anything with it now why would she need to save that in front of me, she had major attitude major and then on top of that is she tried to rip me off and not give me back my correct refund (only was giving me a refund for two of the three items)and I said to her you didn't add that correctly she goes oh yes I did and then when she realized that she didn't she never even apologized, what she said to me is you're getting back more money than you should have and I said no I said there's is also tax involved you didn't add the tax. She was supposed to refund me over $200 and tried only to give me 157 of it, and this is who you have running your company in Newport Beach shame on you! Stay out of the store they don't care whether you buy or you don't at least she didn't. That's why I originally bought online because when I walked in there originally she wasn't very friendly or helpful and this was over a month ago,

Love this store but.... Very disappointed drove all the way to get gifts, website stated store is open until 8pm got here 7:05 12/15/20 and doors locked. Employee inside totaly ignored door.

i have no idea how i didnt leave a review. great help by employees. everything they sell is amazing. ive never felt more happy and rejuevenated than comming in here. better than paying $500 to go to a spa.

Had a great experience at this Saje as I have at other Saje locations. When I got in, I walked around a little and was kindly greeted by Toni. I was looking for some new essential oils, like for energy and she recommended I go for the rollerballs. I have a few rollerballs and the ones she recommended were great and they were all new. I went for Unwind which has a nice aroma, which had a nice, subtle earthiness and she recommended two more. I also got another one, I believe I got one for energy and a yoga mat spray. Toni was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was super friendly! What's even better is that I came on the right day! They had 20% off that day! Sweet! Plus, with my account (which is free!), I was able to get a free rollerball! Woohoo! :) Every time I come into any Saje store, it feels like I'm in a spa. So zen, relaxing, the smells are amazing and so calming, yet uplifting at the same time! Amazing! I literally want to buy everything in there but gotta take it slow, lol. I always walk out so happy when I come out of that store. Love their cute, eco-friendly bags too! Great customer service, great products, great value, great store, great company!! :) Saje should seriously open up spas, whether in their stores or as a separate place but they seriously should! So relaxing and calming every time I step into their store!! Amazing!! :)

Excellent customer service! I returned my diffuser which stopped working & was so pleased with this lifetime warranty! I’m a forever customer. They not only replaced it but I had a store credit. Bought more of your amazing essentials

I love Saje products. Stress Release is a fav with all those I have shared it with. The roller bottles offer a roller at one end and a dropper opening at the other. Brilliant! I do wish that all Saje ingredients were organic. And that the price could be more affordable.
