“Not only a normal mall ? first time seeing the architecture like this. Visited outdoor mall before Irvine spectrum but I think this place is ??? love walking and sitting around here. Other people in the store also nice and helpful too.

“This is a cute shopping center in Newport Coast and I love Gelsons so I'll give it a 4 star review for the overall vibe. It's diagonal to Rogers Gardens so if you need to go shopping at Gelson's beforehand, you should definitely check it out! If you have a dog or cat, they have a super swanky pet store! There's a nice clothing store too!”

“I ❤️ Newport Hills Animal hospital. Dr. Lyle, Dr. Whitaker, and Dr. Wood are outstanding. Juan the groomer is wonderful and always does a great job. The front desk staff are always sweet and help you with whatever you need. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS AWESOME and I have and will continue to take any pet I have to this vet.”
“My how the years have change West Cliff Plaza. CVS has a very unwelcoming and dingy vibe. The lighting makes it tough to see clearly the tightly packed products. It's quite a change from the brightly lit and energetic Thrifty that occupied that space so many years ago.
I enjoyed seeing the rest of the shops in the plaza.”

“Always fun to come here on the weekends and grab a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Watching all the cars come in and out. Checking out some of the high highest quality vehicles on the planet. The shopping center also has great restaurant such as Javier’s and Mastro’s. As well as quicker bites like Bear Flagg. Awesome shopping as well.”
“Love this little center because you can get so much done in one place!! Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, everyone wants to park as close to the shops as possible, but if you dont mind walking a few extra yards, just park in the back of the lot where there is always plenty of available parking.”

“Lido Marina Village felt stylish, calm, and beautifully designed when I visited with someone, and I saw a lot of teenagers enjoying the waterfront views and boutique shops. The atmosphere felt trendy and peaceful, which teenagers would love because it makes them feel like they’re in a beautiful, Instagram‑worthy place. The service in the shops and restaurants felt warm and welcoming, which helps teens feel comfortable exploring. The value is great because you can enjoy the scenery and walk around for free, and only spend money if you want to. The quality of the buildings, walkways, and seating areas made the whole place feel polished and clean. The selection of shops and food spots gives teenagers plenty of choices for snacks, clothes, or photos. I only visited once, but it was one of the most relaxing and stylish waterfront areas I’ve been to in a long time, and I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because it gives them a chance to enjoy a beautiful, inspiring environment.”
