I highly recommend this store! The service provided is truly amazing. Brenda stepped up to fix my phone issues when even the Apple Store (after spending 3 hours there) was unable to. Wow! Thank you Brenda and this AT&T store!

Came to this specific location in CDM due to the customer service. Let me preface this by saying mostly all my prior experiences with some form cell phone service carriers haven't been the best nor most positive. This is the first time its turned around. Jesus & Ariyan helped me & my wife greatly with the whole process setting up new lines/upgrades etc. both quickly and efficiently. Thank you both for a pleasant experience. 10/10!

Best experience ever at a cellular store. Brenda— everyone— was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. It was a team effort to get all my issues resolved while I was at the store. I’m so grateful I switched to AT&T!

Huge shoutout to BRENDA! I was having so much trouble trying to unlock my phone and she was so patient with me and understanding. It got to a point where she could only do so much on her end and I had to call customer service. Regardless, she is someone to ask for when needing help 100%. Amazing service on her end.

I walked into the store today af 4 p.m. and I may say that rhe two people working there were absolutely terrible. There was no energy and absolutely no desire to be of service. I know the labor market is tight but these guys seemed to just want to collect a paycheck and do as little as possible. I wanted to order 6 new phones and they could care less. I would be embarrassed if I was AT&T to have them represent my company as they were totally disengaged. .

Do NOT go here if you have Sprint! They do not know anything about it! The guys working would not even open my account to look if I had an upgrade. IT WAS CRAZY! I was simply asking for them to open my account to take a look. Poor service and seemed like they didn't want to do the work. Go get phone at Costa Mesa or Laguna Niguel locations. They were nice and very helpful. Walked away with a new phone!

Can I give zero star? I think they should just close this location. It's a waste of space. Location is horrible, no parking. And when I got there, there's a sorry looking lazy worker. Super dark in there and no energy. He basically told me he can't help me with anything I've asked. We've just switched over from Sprint to TMobile (not our choice but Sprint got bought out) and it's been a nightmare). I had a question on my bill, he can't help, I asked for help on my why we were getting double billed and he can't help me. I was on the phone for 45 mins with sprint and they told me to go to the T-Mobile store and when I get here, he told me he can't help me and that to go to corporate location in Costa Mesa. He could have at least helped me in calling the 17th street location to set up an appointment. What a disappointing interaction.
