Regan is a great real estate agent! I'd say I'd use her again; but, I already did. I purchased my first place with her as the buyer's agent several years ago. After outgrowing that house and getting married, my wife and I have kept our eye on Zillow waiting for "the place" to pop up. It did recently and we reached out to Regan. She was able to act as our buyer's agent and get our offer accepted within 5 days of us reaching out to her. She then turned around and listed our current place brining in multiple offers well over what we were thinking it would go for on the following weekend working as our seller's agent. The sale of our place went through in a very short period of time.In short, in less than a month, we saw the house we wanted to buy on Zillow, reached out to Regan, put in an offer, won that offer, listed our house, sold our house, and closed on our new house. This was all executed due to the hard work and expertise of Regan and the Times Real Estate team!

Regan is the best. She's very compassionate and knowledgeable. She listens to your needs and finds the best Solutions customized for your specific case. There is a lot of good agents out there that learn new tactics but Regan comes from a pedigree of real estate brokers, for her expertise in the field is just second nature. She can rebuttal faster than any other agent can process thinking of questions. You should give her a call and experience Times real estate for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

We bought our first home thanks to Regan! She is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field and she was able to guide us through the entire process. I made two offers in one home and another offer on the third home. Real estate agents cannot take things personally and be immature ..Reagan beagle does not have the skills to negotiate and make it happen she starts telling you to go higher higher in price and after you do that she just doesn't have the skills to negotiate ..Real estate agent jobs are not for everybody you have to be a mature person. I ended up with somebody else mature and professional and I found the house of my dreams but what a waste of time with this lady
