I read some of the posts regarding arrogant and poor service. This is my first time posting either positive or negative. However I decided to write a post. Bottom line… I can’t remember when I was treated so poorly.

Wanted to say thank you to Shiva and Hyde Park Jewelers! I had been looking for a Rolex Datejust and couldn’t find one at other AD’s. I had been waiting for almost a year and I stopped by Hyde Park after being at Fashion Island one day. Shiva was really nice and helpful! I was able to purchase a Datejust a couple of weeks ago and had it adjusted there onsite. Appreciate the help and would definitely go back and recommend this store.

Called about Rolex men’s watches and spoke with Heather. She said they had a stainless smooth blue dial date just jubilee in stock. I was happy to hear and she advised she would go check to see if they had any more date just jubilees and would text me photos. I was prepared to head in to buy it. Four hours later and no text or follow up. I called back as I was approaching the area and now Heather said oh yea I’m sorry but we got busy and I don’t think we have anything. Extremely poor customer service. I know they are hard to find but the dealers are getting rude and maybe Rolex needs to monitor their retailers a little better.

This is a long overdue review. I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by Shiva at HydePark Boutique. Shiva estimated a time frame, and once again, she delivered ahead of schedule. Our disbelief turned into joy when we received a call from her that the watch was ready. Beyond her deep knowledge of watches, Shiva stands out for her reliability and genuine care for her clients. Every promise she made regarding delivery times was kept, and our interactions were filled with engaging conversations. Shiva is not just a watch dealer; she is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure her clients have an unforgettable experience. Don't appreciate being followed throughout the store as if I'm going to pull out a lock pick set and spend 20 minutes cracking the display boxes. I've worked at a jewelry store I know how it is, nobody and none of my coworkers ever followed anyone no matter how they looked. You're not subtle. If you're suspicious stand by the door and signal to your ARMED GUARD. NOBODY IS GOING TO STEAL in broad daylight when there's an armed security guard and it's 30 minutes to get to the parking lot. 0 stars if I could very uncomfortable viewing experience.

Just purchased my first Rolex submariner through Hyde Park. Had the best experience with Angel. She was patient with me as I went through the details of what I had my eye on. She was incredibly responsive and I felt that her feedback and updates were genuine. She made the watch delivery experience just what I was looking for. It feels great to have established a relationship at Hyde Park with Angel and I look forward to continuing doing business with her in the future.

Shout out to Shiva!I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Hyde Park Jewelers and specifically sales associate Shiva! Really this experience starts two years ago (I should have posted then!). In September 2021 I was looking to make my first Rolex purchase for my wife to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. I started looking around at various Rolex boutiques and was educated very quickly on the difficulty in obtaining one with the market conditions. Sales staff in other boutiques wouldn’t give me the time of day. I almost settled for another brand but then I decided to reach out to Hyde Park Jewelers.I was promptly contacted by Shiva while I was away on a business trip. She was happy to help make our anniversary special. She texted me several options with pictures of Datejust 31’s she had available. They were all beautiful. I chose one, arranged to pick it up when I returned. My wife loves it!Fast forward almost two years. My wife wanted to surprise me for our 30th anniversary. She contacted Shiva a few months ago asking about a Yacht-Master 40. Shiva was honest about the difficulty in giving a time frame but wanted to help. To our surprise, she contacted us this week with a beautiful YM 40 Blue dial to offer! (By now I was in on the “surprise”). Picked it up two days ago. Shiva had the watch sized for me while I waited. My wife and I came back in the next day for another adjustment on my watch, which Shiva happily accommodated. We felt like we were talking to a family friend. True customer service!Thank you Shiva!

Mr. Rodríguez was very pleasant with me. My first time ever walking into a Rolex store and was very helpful. I tried on several size watches to get a good feel on my wrist. I was pleasantly surprised and felt welcomed. I left happy with my purchase.

Stop by today to look at some IWCs and ended up walking away with a Grand Seiko. They carry good selection of brands here. Worked with Vito who was cool, honest and down to earth even started chatting about baseball. The few associates I spoke to were all pleasant. I’ve been reading negative things about the Rolex department which I did not find true at all. Angel was super nice, letting me to try some pieces on. Now, I’m not that experienced in shopping in luxury items but I treated with respect and felt no judgement or pretentiousness at all. The service level here was exceptional. When I have enough saved up for my next piece, I’ll be coming here. And I can’t stop looking at the second hands sweep of my new Grand Seiko the spring drive is something to behold. Even my dog loves it. Ask for Vito, cool guy to work with

Now, I rarely shop for luxury items I came in wearing a baseball cap, dickies but I treated with respect and felt no judgement or pretentiousness at all. The service level here was exceptional. When I have enough saved up for my next piece maybe a Rolex , I'll be coming here. And I can't stop looking at the second hands sweep of my new Grand Seiko the spring drive is something to behold.
