I loved Travis Mathew clothes. I have several shirts. BUT I received a shirt for Christmas. I haven't worn it very much. I wore it last week and I noticed the collar was frayed. Pictures to follow. I always washed it in cold water, hang dry. When I contacted them they said it was the material that the shirt was made of. I told them I have several Travis Mathew shirts and this never happened to any of them. Some of these i have had for a long time. They said they could give 40%. They said they couldn't do anything more because I didn't have a receipt or order number. Not sure how I would have that since it was a gift. I am very disappointed with Travis Mathew. How am I supposed to know if it's bad material. . I really think this is lousy customer service.

Went into the store Saturday looking for shoes. Literally waited at the shoes with shoes in my hand waiting for service. Four employees behind the counter, two working with customers and two folding shirts and clothes to put out. 30 minutes later - while typing a comment to Yelp - someone asked me if I needed something. I shop the Austin store all of the time and have never had poor service. Shame on you, Newport. Won't be back. Service sucked. Wait...no service. Lost a sale or two.

Shirts are trash along with their return policy. A hole in both shirts within a week and the necks look terrible. Swim trunks started to peel after the first use.

NOW I can see why this location only has two out of five stars rating. I have a sweatshirt that was purchased a year ago that I barely have ever worn. Needless to say the thread started to come undone around the neck area... so I took it in to see what they could do about it.Mind you I have spent probably $13-$14,000 on Travis Matthews apparel in the last five years . They looked at it and said this is too old. There's nothing we can do. Not even a discount on a new sweater or anything of that nature. Nor did they even offer to repair it. Again, I've barely worn the thing.I will not be buying any more Travis Matthews gear. If this is how they treat people who spend this much on clothes... You can forget it! Lost another one TM!

For the cost of the clothing you would think the customer service and "policies" would be far better than they are. Trying to EXCHANGE an item with tags AND the receipt but because of the 30 day return POLICY, you cannot return an item that doesn't fit. These clothes are far too expensive for that kind of unfriendly "policy". Looks like I will no longer be wearing this companies clothing.

0 stars if that were possible.Customer service at this location is absolute trash.No one acknowledges you let alone assists you with purchases.My husband loves TM & has shopped plenty of times at the irvine spectrum location with great service.This location is bigger but save yourself the trouble of dealing with pretentious staff (that just watch basketball instead of work) & visit the spectrum location.

I ordered a shirt online and received tracking and confirmation emails. The shirt I purchased is our team shirt in a golf tournament I'm playing in this week. When UPS wasn't updating their tracking and the shirt didn't arrive, I called customer service and spoke to Spencer. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to investigate the lost order. He even called me back multiple times to update me on his progress. Ultimately UPS was unable to ever find this order and Spencer had another shirt expedited out to me so I would have it in time for our golf tournament. It is so unusual today to actually have customer service call back and follow up on issues. I was blown away by Spencer and his attention to this issue.

I spent almost $600 on just a few things for a golf trip a few weeks ago. One of the items was way too small so I took it in to exchange it for a larger size, yes within 30 days of purchase and WITH THE RECEIPT. They were happy to inform me that I was unable to return it because I didn't have the original tags. Not sure where they went! But I do have the original tags for all the other items and I will be taking all of them back tomorrow in what will be my last act as a TM customer.
