I am beyond elated with the amazing customer service, Ms. Camacho gave. She goes above and beyond!!! She is a problem solver and makes her outstanding service seem so effortless. She is extremely well versed in her products and makes adding charms to any item seamlessly perfect. I will definitely be back for more thanks to Ms. Pat Camacho

the pieces themselves are beautiful but one specific associate made everything about this place ugly. Rebekah is nothing short of vile and genuinely embarrassing. As someone who has worked in customer service my whole life, her behavior in store and out towards other small businesses is the most disgusting way someone of her age range could possibly act. This woman acts like she has no consequences for her actions and it has to end at some point. If this is who this brands wants to represent them then by all means but my god, just know many others are aware and are equally as embarrassed for you.

The reason I will give this company a 1 star review is because of one person, and one person only. Rebecka Arakelian was one of the rudest workers I have ever encountered. I felt personally attacked by her lack of emotional intelligence, she was extremely short tempered & ill mannered. She was actually slamming things around because I wanted to see options and because of this encounter I will not be coming back.

MASA BROKE MY NECKLACE AND UNO IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!I have been shopping from Uno for over 15 years even before they open the store in Fashion Island. I have been very happy with everything until I had to deal with Masa. She has zero customer service skills and very rude .I complained about her.about a month ago took customer service, so long and so many phone calls and emails after Masa finally called me and apologized because they called her from the corporate office. I wanted to give her a second chance, so I went there and purchased couple pieces. I had my jewelry that I purchased before and I took those with me for a cleaning. while she was cleaning one on my necklace, she pulled it hard and broke my necklace. It was a necklace that I paid $500 for and it is discontinued now the beads were all over the ground me and my daughter try to pick up the beads. Her response was “ this happens” she kept repeating that I didn’t say anything. She said she’s going to try to find the necklace and get back to me. I told her that it’s the discontinued item and before she was cleaning it, I told her that I only wore it twice. SHe said she will call me back. I didn’t say anything and left. Three days later I called the store she picked up. I couldn’t pronounce her name correctly, even though it was super close, she kept saying “who are you calling? There’s no one by that name etc’ we had this conversation at least for like a minute or two until I told her that I know that’s her because I can tell from her accent, and I told her my name and immediately she was like oh hi. I asked her what’s going on she said she couldn’t find my necklace. I said what are you gonna do about it? She says she doesn’t know I said what are you gonna call me? What are you gonna do about it? She kept saying “I don’t know.” at that point I got upset and I said you broke my necklace and you don’t know what you’re gonna do about it. Her response was.”you have to give me time”. I repeated “ iI HAVE TO give you some time?” She said yes you have to.!!! This was 10 days ago since then I’ve been emailing the corporate after 3 days constantly calling them an email letting them they finally got back to me and said that they’re gonna check if they can find the item in Spain and if not, they’re gonna give me a store credit they promised that someone will be calling me 5 to 7 days and apologized. It’s been 11 days and I’ve been sending the messages and I can see that they read my message and don’t reply. I haven’t had a customer service like this before with Uno! Sebastian was great, but I don’t know I wanna go to that store anymore! And I don’t know when the customer service will call me to refund my money or give me a store credit for the $500 necklace that they broke!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!

THEY BROKE MY NECKLACE and not replacing it. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I have so many pieces from Uno. I had a very bad experience at the Fashion Island NB store. Masa was very rude and not professional. Trying to contact a manager is impossible and after a long effort finally they apologized (thats it) . I accepted it and went back to the store and purchased several pieces. I took my my jewelry with me that I have purchased before for cleaning. Masa pulled it hard and broke my $500 (discontinued) necklace. Its been 3 weeks still fighting to get reimbursed or get a store credit. They are now ignoring all of my messages so today I commented on their picture on Instagram and said no one contacted me regarding my broken necklace. They immediately deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting. I am super disappointed.

My go to jewelry brand for the past 10 years...I have most collections. We have purchased from locations from hawaii to palm springs to Madrid, Paris and London. Sebastian at the newport location was an amazing asset and helped all of our family members when purchasing and we were loyal and devout customers. He has left and everything has changed. Had 2 horrible experiences with the new "manager". This has deterred all of us from going into the store. We order online which has changed the whole experience. Avoid this location. Such a shame.

I have been purchasing this jewelry for several years, however from other locations. Due to the fact that I live nearly 2 hours away from this location, I called to check stock on a particular item. Upon calling, I received a voice message that someone would call me back shortly, so I left my message requesting the item that I was looking for and ask someone to call me back. After 2 days I received no message, and I am still unable to get through to anyone at the store.My advice is to definitely shop somewhere else.

I have been buying Uno for years. I went to Fashion Island just for the store. I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the amazing personal customer experience I received from Sebastian. He was listening to my needs and we found what I needed. I had great customer service, and is very easy to talk to. I will be back to this location due to him being so helpful! There was also an Assistant Manager there who had taken my call before I decided to go over there (I forgot her name) but she was extremely friendly over the phone and in person! I appreciate both of them and the level they gave to me! You guys are the BEST!!! See you soon! ?❤️

I have loved this line of jewelry ever since I was introduced to it from a gift store on Catalina Island. I stumbled across the Newport Beach store and fell in love with ALL of their inventory. What made it even better was meeting and learning about all of the various capsules from Sebastián and Kandy. Sebastián has helped re-style all of my every day looks with the jewelry and we have had so much fun in the process!! I always look forward to visiting with Sebastián when I go to Fashion Island - he always has pieces in mind for me when I arrive and he just makes each visit so personable. I have referred family and friends to Sebastián (and Kandy) and they always leave with their purchases raving about their new pieces and how much fun they have had when shopping in the Newport store. If u ever wondered about UNOde50 - I recommend dropping by and meeting Sebastián and Kandy and learning about the line and really get a feel for how special the jewelry is. There is something for everyone’s taste and price point!

This store not only brings you a variety of beautiful jewelry options but has amazing staff that are SO attentive to your needs! Jake and Candy are always quick to help me figure out what pieces look good together and have helped me put together unique gift ideas for my friends and family as well! It’s always a unique experience coming to this store location. I live outside of Orange County but will go out of my way to go to this store location for all my jewelry needs.

I went in today to buy a ring and a pair if earrings. Bought the two pieces and when I got home the prices on the tags were totally different than what I was charges. When I called I was told they had a price raise last week and forgot to change thise two tags. And there was nothing they could do about it. He called his manager and obviously they do not believe in customer service or accept there errors. I was told no refunds on store credit and his bad that he made the mistake.Do not shop there they are not an honest store and take advantage of customers. Very disappointed!

I came today for heart jewelry. Candy waited on me such a sweetheart. I bought a heart ring and necklace. She cleaned the silver jewelry I was wearing. I love the extra service. I have always love the artist jewelry of Uno de 50. It is worth the drive from Signal Hill. Ps love the packaging and candle

Walked into one of my favorite stores today and I must say the customer service in this particular store is like none that I've ever experienced before. Candy was absolutely amazing and she brought me right to all the pieces I would love. She helped me put on every single piece with a smile on her face the entire time. Brandon was also extremely helpful friendly and cool. This store has amazing pieces but this particular store has amazing employees
