We had one document notarized that required six signatures. And they charge $375 for that notary service. Which was $300 more than other notary services. We did not know that at the time. We will never use the notary services at this UPS store again

If you have to use UPS, come to this store. I had an international package that had so many complications, delays and unknown factors affecting it. Probably made 20+ calls to UPS support, where they transferred me around to different departments and lied to me about the status of my package.
The only people who were actually able to help me were in this UPS store, where everyone was friendly and super helpful. Tatiana and Molly are absolute legends, and went above and beyond to ensure I received my order. They were super patient, and made the whole experience better. Hire more people like them!

This is THE BEST UPS Store! Grace greets everyone with a smile and a helpful attitude. There is seldom a line because the two employees work quickly to service everyone. (Much better than the UPS on Harbor & Newport)

This particular store has an employee named Grace, who is incredibly helpful, always upbeat and always smiling and so helpful to everyone she interacts with in the store. This is the only UPS store we use.

I just left the store and have to give huge props to Molly. This poor girl was treated back to back by the worst possible customers. She was so kind & patient in the face of awful behavior. The entire staff was extremely patient & moved quickly. Hopefully the management reads this & thanks Molly for her outstanding contribution.

This is not a company store! Total rip off. I needed to send two pieces of art to LV there charge $450.00
Went to mail box lido. Same thing $155.00
