The bank manage helped me get my money out of my account after it was closed. I was very upset and she went out of her way to call me and set up a time for me to come in and complete the transaction. Very grateful for the service. Both from manager and from her staff. I still have my father's stuff to sort out, but i got the us embassy seal for the death certificate and trust everything will go smoothly when time comes to complete that transaction as well.

Rude garbage customer service at Newport Oregon. Us Bank account holder. Newport Branch has always been rude and they proved true to their reputation again today. My mother died. I was sent a check from life insurance that my brother signed over to me. They refused despite my home branch manager in Beaverton, (who by the way go above and beyond to be kind) calling and advocating and the phone banking representative advocating the branch still refused and when i told the manager at the newport branch why I needed the money for airfare for funeral she said she did not care. I told her to have a nice weekend and she got upset amd told me to "invite myself to not come back to this branch" I hope she, " Tina" chokes on her bleached blonde hair during her martini hour. Karma..

This mortgage deal is the biggest steaming pile of manure I've ever been involved in. I'm a Realtor, and my client(local to this branch) wasn't able to close for a WEEK after the scheduled closing date, and that's after having over 2 months for the bank to be ready. Even if they realized on that day it wouldn't be ready, it should have been able to be fixed in a day or two, not a week. Incompetence of the highest level. I could list all the ways they dragged their feet, but suffice to say they cost their customer many hundreds of dollars in costs delaying the closing, and many hours of time wasted for several other parties involved rescheduling movers, closings, re-drawing contracts with new dates...Could have cost the deal and 10k earnest money down the drain if it wasn't for a very patient seller.

My husband and I had a top drawer experience throughout our new home mortgage process. We can not tell you all how much time, expertise and follow-up both Ryan Purpero and mortgage assistant Christel Pearson gave us. They are the dynamic duo . 5 star plus +

My first time here and I'm really impressed by the interior design of this bank, it's really nice. I came here first thing in the morning, there was no wait, I was helped right away. I just needed to do a simple withdrawal. The teller was friendly and polite.

Do not go to US Bank. I came here to withdraw 2300 and was shorted by 200 dollars! Came back to complain but branch manager refused to believe me. Absolute thieves!

Got my loan from US BANK mortgage from Ryan Purpero at this location and he did an amazing job! Got a great interest rate with no costs and fees. We closed pretty quickly too and super smooth process.

If you like banking at a branch full of employees that obviously were fired from your local Walmart and possibly couldn't handle the drive-through at Jack in the box... plus mis-managed by someone Who probably couldn't manage an iPhone case cart at the mall, theb this is the branch for you. The ATM is amazing. Stay outside if you can help it.

Here is another horrible bank experience in the name of security. I opened my business account with a banker. He was very helpful and trusted what I said my business does. I work with some Nigerian companies. Even Ghana at times I work with. I was given the third degree that these are high risk areas and the questions were in book form of why I would send money to a client in Nigeria. Oh my what a sin. Just the mention of Nigeria must have scared the crap out of the banker. Well when I went in to mind you get a certified check for some of the cash in my account what a no no. The banker behind the teller area came out and handed me a check and auto closed the account. I was well then what a nice business experience all for working with clients in Nigeria. Even the feds are wrong on some of the Nigerian clients. Actually I think there is more fraud in American banking by my opinion and experience. At least this bank was polite enough to give all my money but good GOD NO WONDER THE WORLD IS A MESS. Anyone hear of Hands for Africa. Research it. So U.S. Bank rep calls me but do they rectify their own error. Of course not That would be too difficult. I've helped a lot of people in my life time but I wonder do any of these banks really help anyone in a wonder of sit down and get educated to global banking and business. In my opinion

Just received a home loan and the process was incredible. Ryan Purpero and Christel Pearson took a very complicated income and balance sheet and in a lighting quick turnaround they approved and funded me. I have been in commercial Real estate for 40 years with dozens of loans. I only wish all my lenders were this good. Amazing. Not only talented but extremely honest and ethical. Do urself a favor and reach out to them.

This is a very convenient location with plenty of parking available. I always feel like parking the car is a huge chore at most banks, but not at this location. The personnel here are friendly and efficient. Would love to see some coffee in the morning and early afternoon as many of their locations offer coffee.

I just got to your branch at 4:58 PM and you're closed! This branch has been awesome in the past, definitely dropped the ball today. I literally rushed across town through traffic to get here . Poor display of loyalty to the customer. God forbid you have to stay open one extra minute. Fucking banks

Went here for the last time, and I am finally done with all U S Bank I financial services. 1. Tellers at every branch are really nice. Although at this one location there is one person who is not. But I won't call them out. But my overall issue is they are obviously trained to try to connect to the customer by asking them all sorts of nosy and personal questions. Annoying, and in my opinion, unprofessional. I'm so sick of tellers asking me if I'm done with work, am I going home, what are my plans for the weekend... Every single time I go to the bank. I'm just trying to do a little business, not looking for a new best friend or a date. And no, it does not make me feel all warm and fuzzy when people ask me how I made the money, what is my job, ietCetera. 2. On one occasion, a certain teller at this particular branch shorted me $100 when I was cashing checks. Now, it was not a ton of checks that could be overwhelming, not that it would matter anyways, as they are supposedly trained professionals in money. It was maybe four or five checks. If I had not been prepared to know the exact amount to get back in cash, she would've kept $100. Now, there is no way of proving this, I can only tell you my intuition: I felt as if she knew she was withholding that money. P S. -- One weakness of mine was I would usually not count my money at the bank. And I am not sure why I decided to count it on that particular day. But you can bet that now, I absolutely always count my money... 3. The straw that broke the camels back - - when I went to a branch to withdraw $4000, and they told me they did not have enough money in the bank. I now bank elsewhere - - with two other banks - - and I am extremely happy. Conclusion -- I suppose there could be worse banks, but U S Banks is small town, unprofessional, and amateurish.

WORST BRANCH EVER.... Stay away from this branch. The bank branch manager is Veda Tran. She not only does know much about online banking, but she will promise you things and not deliver. She has created a nightmare for my business. We where also victimized with fraud, including 2 checks that where cashed with NO SIGNATURE. It happened in April of 2016. We are yet to get anything resolved. WE had to submit information 3 times, with 2 of the times the information being filled out by Veda Tran "bank manager" and the second time with her banker, "Michael". She is rude, cold, and totally dishonest. Once I complained about her to her regional manger and wrote a complaint letter, she actually called me to tell me that she is electing to close my accounts in HER BRANCH. I am now trying to reach the regional manager, but have had no luck finding the number and the bank is refusing to give it to me. I now have another US Bank branch helping me. Stay away from this branch, or at least until Veda Tran is the person in charge. Horrific situation.
