“The staff here are lovely and kind humans! They let my friend use the staff restroom and offered us a return policy, which in my experience, is the only place that has done so in my life! “Found this Vape Shop by accident, was surprised on how competitive their pricing is to other shops in HB. It’s wild how much other shops charge for certain items while this shop maintains affordable pricing and will price match with proof. Theres a girl there I don’t remember her name but she has always helped me every single time I’m in the shop and she is the best. She works days on the weekdays, she’s knowledgeable as well as patient to explain things to me every time I come in. Highly recommend this shop.”

“I’ll be totally honest—I have a small Pomeranian, and I wanted to get him something to help him relax for the Fourth of July and flights. With so much misinformation online these days, I wasn’t sure what to trust. A friend recommended Herbs N Leaf for their CBD products for dogs, so I decided to stop by. The moment I walked in, the store was incredibly clean and smelled amazing. I explained that my biggest concern was making sure I was giving my puppy something safe and high quality. The staff member was beyond kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me choose the best option for my pup. I genuinely felt like he cared about my puppy’s safety and wanted to make sure I left with the right product—not just make a sale. That meant a lot to me. I definitely 10/10 recommend Herbs N Leaf if you’re looking for CBD for your dog. As a pet parent, it gave me so much peace of mind knowing I was getting guidance from someone who truly cared. Pet parents, you can definitely trust them!❤”

“I came here to grab a new last second vape and they’re have really great prices and great service. My usual spot closed so Michael was so helpful, and had great recommendations. I always leave with a vape I hate because of the artificial flavors and he recommended the Tyson disposables. The mint was a great clean flavor and I took advantage of the buy 2 for $40. Thank you so much Michael, you’re awesome! I’ll come back here just for his service.”

“Hands down cheapest and best smoke shop in OC. The guys there are solid, they remember you and always look to hook it up for frequent spenders. I cant stress how much cheaper they are than other shops, I mean 60-70% the prices of over places. Consistently.... dont go anywhere else, I promise once yiu shop here, you wont ever go anywhere else. I use to work near there, how I found it. Now I work the complete opposite side of OC, and I drive 30minutes to go there lol.”

“This shop was a little tricky to get to because it's next to that Mamba club and the lot was full since I went at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. Also the parking lot is kinda one way so if you aren't assertive and an awkward person (as I am) then you might get forced back onto Beach Blvd. BESIDES THAT... I was pretty impressed with the place! They had a huge selection of product and the guy was SO nice! They had a bell so I didn't have to stand around like an idiot (my experience at other shops). I for sure recommend this place to others.”

“𖤐 @fromloss2legacy710 • @elfstoneandie May 20, 2026 • 2:41 PM • Afternoon vibes ☀ Absolute massive respect to the entire team at Smokies Smoke Shop for delivering one of the smoothest, most welcoming, and unexpectedly high-level customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Walking in today, I’ll be honest — I brought chaos. Brain moving 100 miles an hour. Trying to figure things out. Asking twelve questions at once like I was speed-running a side quest with low health and no map. Meanwhile, the staff? Completely calm. Completely composed. Completely locked in. Where I brought chaos, they brought direction. And that right there deserves recognition. From the second I walked in, the energy was professional, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. No weird looks, no impatience, no “bro please decide already” energy while I mentally bounced between products like a squirrel that accidentally drank an espresso. Just patience, guidance, and effortless professionalism from start to finish. The shop itself was immaculate. Not “pretty clean for a smoke shop” — genuinely spotless, organized, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything had its place. Displays looked polished, inventory was easy to browse, and the entire atmosphere carried this calm luxury energy to it that honestly felt more boutique than smoke shop. You can immediately tell when a business takes pride in its environment, and Smokies absolutely does. The staff also had something that’s becoming increasingly rare: real human communication. Not robotic sales scripts. Not fake over-the-top energy. Just grounded people who actually listen, explain things clearly, and guide customers without pressure. That balance between knowledge and patience is elite-level customer service. And honestly, smoke shops can sometimes feel like entering a mystery dungeon where every glass case contains either enlightenment or a conversation you were absolutely not prepared to have at 2 PM on a Wednesday. Not here. This place felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely professional all the way through. The staff moved with discipline and confidence while still keeping the entire interaction relaxed and approachable. Questions were answered thoroughly, recommendations were thoughtful, and everything felt intentional instead of transactional. That matters. Because real white glove service is not about acting fancy — it’s about making people feel comfortable, respected, and guided regardless of what kind of day they’re having when they walk through the door. Smokies delivered exactly that. Timeless Wagyu-level hospitality. Six-star execution. Immaculate environment. Professionalism without ego. Guidance without pressure. Deep gratitude to the entire team for the patience, kindness, and calm professionalism today. 10 out of 10 experience. Absolutely coming back. 𖤐 @fromloss2legacy710 • @elfstoneandie May 20, 2026 • 2:41 PM”
