So is there a rule that a customer cant enter the store twice or something? Also is there a requirement for being a "mean girl" to get hired here or something. Also I am I supposed to list out everything I am planning to browse at while in the store or something to the people working there? Hmm.Whoever the blonde white lady probably in her fifties and brunette white woman probably in her thirties was working here at 11 am on Wednesday 21 2023 at the Newport Beach Williams Sonoma needs to get their face checked because apparently whenever they see an asian woman shopping alone they suddenly automatically get all disgusted looking in their face.Like a resting b**** face is one thing but these people made exaggerated faces and looked at each other while doing it. Calm down, its a kitchen store.I felt racially profiled and completely bullied.

Great selection and the staff is so helpful, Andy took her time explaining cooling pans to me which I really know nothing about lol- totally not pushy with sales , very knowledgeable . Thx Andy

First off you cannot beat any of the beautiful incredible items in this store! From fine dining to incredible coffee and cookware. I think what really sets this store apart is the great service and knowledge of the employees. Thank you for a wonderful experience today.

I've become addicted to Williams-Sonoma sauces for preparing dinner and the various desserts and foods that can be purchased frozen and sent via UPS. Their cookware is also something I'm attracted to, and sometimes find some great deals, as I slowly switch from aluminum to cast iron or copper/steel for cooking, due to the potential of aluminum leaching into acidic foods. Also, I'm trying to stay away from teflon, as the jury is still out on whether this is fat soluble and stays in the body.

Had the most delightful experience here today with Kara - smart, knowledgeable, charming. The cherry on top was she overheard that we wanted something blue to wrap the present with and directed us to a blue spatula that was on the clearance rack. Thank you Kara!

We go to Williams-Sonoma because we expect well informed service and quality products. Let's me honest it's not cheap. However we have repeatedly had to return purchases because they "had to be shipped to us" and then they are damaged. Recently we brought in a damaged product and they referred us to the manufacturer instead of taking ownership of the problem. This was our last visit, there are plenty of other stores to purchase our kitchen appliances and supplies where we do not have to deal with the headaches.

5 stars for the 2 employees who helped me pick out the perfect diffuser and a few candles that smell so freaking DELICIOUS!! Jeannette was so helpful yesterday and she made my shopping experience even more expensive! Lol at least I earned a few points so I can shop at their affiliate stores like Pottery Barn and West Elm. My bestie that I was shopping with bought her kids some Easter eggs and aprons. We kept adding items to our carts and felt like we wanted to buy everything in the WS store!!

We visited with a AMEX obtained William Sonoma gift certificate and received the nicest, most patient and friendly service in retail cooking store experiences ever. The kindness and attention of everyone today ensured our continued loyalty to William Sonoma and a regular return to this location. Great work all - thank you.

I went to the store on December third to buy a gift for a bride. They helped me and offered a credit card, saying that I will get 10% off on all my purchases the first month. The card number did not generate when they applied so the manger asked me to put it on a card that I had and have the balance transfer when I get the card. I got the card and they completed the transfer. The problem started when I got the statement and saw no rewards. I called capital one and they sent me to the store, called the store and talked to Anthony who sent me to Capital One. Called the 800# who sent me back to the store. Called the store asked for the district manger's phone. Anthony who wanted to get rid of me gave me Michelle's number. Called her and left two messages. she did not return the calls. Called the store and asked to be assisted to file a complaint. I was placed on hold. They were quick to have my credit run but not responsive to handle a service request. worst experience ever. Nobody should go through what I did. They decided me to open the card so the store gets credit. I was given incorrect information. Worst experience. They just lost a customer.
