The place is ok..but all there machines are old they
have been there as far back as I can remember.but this place at least in my cuple experiences there.(This place will take as much money as your willing to spend and not even say thanks.you put in a 20 dollar bill your lucky to get any of it back.spin lose spin lose win 20cents yah I'm not stoping there any more to blow my money mabey to get a bite to eat.)any way that's my opinion have a nice day

Rooms: The rooms are always clean and everything always worked in the rooms.
Nearby activities: There's another casino right down the road and there's also a gas station / cigarette shop right down the road to
Safety: There is at least 20 to 30 security guards and there's constant security walking all around the whole entire premises inside and outside
Food and drinks: I think they are kind of on the expensive side especially the slices of cake but everything has always tasted really good

Spent $300 in the casino and lost quicker than my girlfriend did. Add I watched her play with good luck and fortune, I was rudely asked to step aside. So I did. They then informed me that I hadn't played a machine in the last 15 minutes (more like 8 minutes) and that I need to leave the casino and head to the parking lot. It is the single most rude, unbelievable and thoughtless misconduct of a business I've ever seen. Hands Down! I'll never ever set foot in that foul stereotypical racist driven mockery of a casino again

The hotel is a basic accommodation like a motel. Large free parking lot and simple, cheap food until late at night. The casino has slot machines and live games. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Rooms: Simple room like in a motel
Nearby activities: Nothing right here except the casino in the building
Safety: Security service available
Food and drinks: Simple and cheap food. Very greasy.

This was our second visit here to this hotel casino in Nice, CA
This time, we spent several days (Thursday night until Monday morning) here.
First thing I must note! This is a Non Smoking facility! The whole thing. My hubby and I both loved this!
The first time we visited, there was a girl at the check-in desk who I felt couldn't wait to get rid of me so she could get back on her phone. Personally, I would have terminated her for this as this is her job, not her personal time, but that's just me. She was dismissive, and I felt like I was an annoyance to her!
Our room this first time was very comfortable and clean, and I felt like I could kick off my shoes and enjoy my time like at home.
However, this time at check-in, they were very pleasant. The only thing was we were told straight up they would not be cleaning our rooms on the daily, that we could request that in be cleaned in 3-4 or more days (terrible policy, people pay a lot to rent a room especially with check-in being 3pm and checkout 11 am, do better hotels).
They also told us that because people steal towels, if we needed clean ones, we'd have to haul the dirty ones three floors down to the front desk to change them out! Disgusting! I paid almost $500. Why am I expected to do this?
Note to management, NOT GOOD POLICIES!!!
Our room, although it looked clean, the carpets had a couple of large nasty looking stains and several other stains giving me the germophobic vibe of creepy crawlies being there. I had to keep putting on my shoes every time I walked away from the bed.
One of the face towels wasn't white and clean as the rest? Again, it's not good!
The restaurant had really good food even though it appeared not to. The staff were attentive, helpful, and respectful.
This hotel, as well as others, needs to do better! Where is the hospitality?
Come on, it's also a casino. My hubby lost more than $300 there and others lose much more! STOP short changing people like me! Keep your rooms and floors clean. A little extra goes a long way in customer service.
Don't be cheap! Hire people to keep your business running at top par if you want people like me to return and be happy!
Pay your employees, clean the rooms, collect and deliver the towels to your guests!
I will stay here again but hope it's better next time.
