Dropped our 20' box van here after a grueling 10 hour non-stop ride from LA. They were accommodating and friendly. Cricket took good care of us. Cricket was the nice young lady who helped us drop off the van, not the goose. I couldn't get his name. The goose ensured that everything was in good order. He kept a very close eye on us.

Stop by to acquire about a U-Haul. The gentleman was helping another family pull their U-Haul out so I patiently waited by the office door when the gentleman was done dealing with the family he turned around and went into his personal residence which is on the property. I waited a few minutes by his office door and a large OPEN sign and he never came out. There’s a sign on the window that says that if the door is locked to call for assistance which I did, it rang and rang and then went to voicemail, so I headed back to my vehicle. As soon as I got in my vehicle, the gentleman came out and flip the sign to closed. I don’t understand why he could not come out and tell me in person I’m not sure why I was ignored and left standing there, for no reason they were too young man on the property. Neither of them acknowledged me as well , very unprofessional I will not be doing business with them.

I picked up a uhaul to move a family member out of state. The staff was friendly and efficient. The transaction went off without any problems. My only company is that the truck was dirty inside and out.

Every time you get a truck, it's over priced and always has things wrong with it. It runs and drives, but half the time it's rusted with the bed side or a check engine light comes on or has suspension issues. It's not just red bluff, it's the surrounding areas too. Not recommended unless you have no other choice or are going one way with it.

Rented a U-Haul and paid for it but they're trying to charge me again when I've already submitted proof of payment and called the bank in front of the owner which they were told it was a posted transaction

They over charged me by 180$ . The owner is rude . I have proof of the mileage:. Been calling for days and leaving messages with zero response….
