Although I messed up on the numbers on his address, mail that was sent to my brother-in-law has been returned to me marked "no such number" by the postmaster there in Nicolaus. Pretty disappointing considering he's lived in Nicolaus his whole life, as has the postmaster. It would've been nice if she just made sure the mail got to him especially since she knows exactly who he is. I expect that level of customer service from Sacramento, not the great little town of Nicolaus. Disappointing.

All of my packages are addressed with my name and the instructions to leave at manager's door. I have literally been standing at the mailbox waiting for a package, and as ahe drives away, Amazon sends me a notification that a delivery attempt was made. No notice in the mail of a failed attempt, just a notification from Amazon. For those of us who work far from home, getting to the office to collect, is nearly impossible. All because a carrier doesn't want to walk drive an additional 50 feet to deliver. In all honesty, I don't think they even send them out.

Arrived at post office. Worker clocked out early, wouldn't take my package and lied about time. Need new employees that dress professional not leggings and t shirt !

The people there are very friendly and helpful. They make me feel like a valued customer. Because it's a small office there's no worry about long lines. Transactions tend to be quick and easy. Overall I find conducting business there to be a very pleasant experience

I love my little town post office. Our mail clerk MaryAnn is super helpful and courteous and professional. Nicolaus and it's post office are a piece of heaven.
